99 Banshee Cost Me $1000.00

I just picked this up today, does not run. He ended up from $1350, to $1150 to $1000.00 without a title. I told him if he got me the title I would give him the other $150.00 I ran it and it is not stolen. The dumbass brother used a silver rattle can and painted everything from the motor down. I will not do anything to it bu keep it stock.

 

I will take the TORS off and the kill switch. He said he was riding it down the road and it just shut down. Im thinking TORS or kill switch.

After I get it running, I am going to take brake cleaner and clean all that crap off. I should be able to get most of it off. If I cant i will take it down to the frame and have it repainted. Like I said I will keep it all stock except for what is already on it. I dont want anothe $$$$$$ pit!

 

I will keep it for the summer and try to sell it at Sand Fest at LS.

So far I have used five cans of carb cleaner taking the paint off. I will probably use another five cans.

Just post it up on craigslist as polished motor, carbs, boots, cables, etc. Thats what most people would probably just do. Good luck with it.
