I just picked up a Banshee and doing some research found this site. Im liking what i am reading so far. I ended up trading a 95 warrior and a 02 blaster for a 03 banshee with him kicking in 500.

I think it woulda been a good deal even without him giving you 500, now you can figure how to spend that 500 on your BANSHEE! Ive always had 250s (R's and LT's), and when I got the banshee I came here and learned a lot. everybody here is very helpful and willing to help you out.

congrats on the new toy and welcome to the hq. fairly new to working on the shee myself, heres a little advice. when you are ready to buy parts or do some work on the shee, do some reasearch on here for a week. wait a week and do a little more reading and then buy what you want. might keep you from buying things twice.

Yeah I am getting that feeling of I need to do alot more research.

This is what I have sofas on it.

the original owner told me it's been ported and polished and about 20 hrs on the rebuild.

 

Now what I want to do to it:

 

Tommey pipes. ( I'm running the b1 on a blaster and love it)

dg nerfs and bumper

fly bars

holeshots on back and razrs on front

+2 swingarm

and of course all skull billet stuff I can find

Here is another new shee I will be picking up this week.

 

Fresh top end low hrs from what I understand. Has dmc exhaust with dmc 2 in 1. Boysen power reeds. Fronts been widen with the billet spacers and has raptor 660 shocks.
