what type of chain lube you guys using?

Recommended Posts

I used Maxima chain wax three times and then gave the rest of the can to the nieghbor kid. That stuff flings and makes a terrible mess. I have been usuing BG chain lube lately and it is the shit!

Yeah, I tried the Chain Wax with the same result. Hated the stuff. Now I use wd40.

Why not just run a X-Ring and never have to lube it ever....

The Sidewinder Gold X-ring i run doesn't need to be lubed Ever.

Bel Ray Super Clean. It 100% wont fly off if you give it time to dry like the instructions say to. Since it drys it doenst pickup as much dirt and sand ethire.

I agree.. the bel-ray is good stuff!! I made the switch from the wax to the bel-ray.. I wont go back.

Chris... You still need to lube your x-ring chain or the seals will dry out.

I clean my x-ring in diesel fuel with a soft nylon brush.. take it out.. dry it off.. then spray it down with some bel-ray super clean.
