it will be quite expensive if they have to custom make them... but they'll probably just ask for a bunch of measurements like the diameter, heighth, piston pin diameter, how far the center of the pin is from the top of the pistons, etc. What you also can do is call them with the specs and see if they can cross reference them, they probably have something similar thats for a different vehicle that you can run. Example-Blaster pistons in big bore banshee's.

So you can't jet your own bike but you can build pistons for any bike ever built?? interesting.

custom pistons are insanely pricey. it will save you alot of money to get your cylinder bored and re-nikasiled if it is nikasiled, so you can run regular pistons.

can you give us an explaination on the manufacturing process involved in making these custom pistons.i for one would be really interested in hearing how you make them! are you the same guy that was asking about forged pistons versus stock ones? you thought "forged" meant they were knock-offs?

haha yeah that was funny igotta admit.. were all stupid at one point :P

RU you a shop? do you make pistons? PM me if you like. We are a full CNC mfg facility but piston mfg requires specialized equipment we don;t want to invest in right now.

Thanks
