I moved the YPVS servo pulley with cable bracket to the right, there is much more space now for the left pipe to clear, there is much more space on the right side for these... Some tig welding and machining involve, but was not difficult...

looks good, i mounted mine behind the tank, under the seat. then got some custom lenght cables made up, like $60 for 4 of them!

I have a long range tank, so there is not much space anywhere else but there, except with the longer cables...

You need to make a harness, its really no big deal, you need RZ stator and cdi, with zeeltronic cdi like I have, you can run banshee stator...

How does you guy's RZs run?? And what mods do you have on them?? Thanks

Is your pully also on the right side cylinder??

no, still on the left, but im not running a long range tank so i dint know there was a clearence problem and i dont have the money, experience or need to move it to the other side.

it looks good where you've mounted it as well!

i notice your running a cool head, with the outlet facing up, have you mounted another 90 bend ontop of the one out of the coolhead?

i was going to do that but was worried about flow (even tho there probably isnt and difference) but anyway i found that by taking the rear section of the stock head and drilling out the threads it mounts perfectly

aslo your using a banshee stator right?

that requires you to float the ground is it a big job?

Have a smooth 90 degree bend in there..

Banshee stator, because they are more available, new RZ stators is so expensive and I blow about 3 RZ stators over the past 4 years, they are just to old...

Running the Zeeltronic ignition with a DC conversion, nothing difficult...
