Hey man that looks awsome! I'm doing the rz motor right now also. Not as bad ass as yours tho. I just got my stock powervalve stuff in yesterday. All I need is a cdi.

do you have the cdi? i need one

i need a rz cdi if anyone has one.

how much is there cdi? I was looking at a dealer in the us and they sold the cdi and PV controller for $700. That's a bit to much for me. Do you know how much just the cdi is? I don't need it to work will the banshee stuff just the rz stator and rz PV controller. I still have to wait for the stuff to come in anyway. Then build a wiring harness so I have a little time to try to find one.

that will be sweet if you have a extra. the parts that i have (well that are coming from ebay) are. the stator, powervalve pully thing with cables.powervalve servo/motor powervalve controller, and the eletrical regulator. and these are off of a 85 bike. i read that i can use my banshee flywheel, so i did not buy the flywheel. i also did not buy the harness. i figure i prety good with wiring so i give it a shot.

i got all my electronics for the RZ350 swap except the cdi. (guy sold it right away) the only one on ebay right now is buy it now for over $200. i allready dropped $370 for these electronics and i dont want to spend anymore! i've been searching for 2 days now, im not going to go with zeeltronics, i got all the rz stuff. does anyone know if a cdi from another bike will work? thanks in advance people rick

The intake setup on the bike is Vforce reeds, 2-1 manny and a pkw? Carb. I think that rings a bell. Not sure if the bike was overheated or froze. Any way to tell?

The power valve is not hooked up. I do not have the eletronics for it but I'm looking for the stuff on eBay. I bought the bike with this stuff already done. Maybe I will have to repair it. Also if anyone has information on where I can find the power valve stuff that would be awsome

last summer i noticed coolant evaporating in the head, and saw 2 hairline cracks on both sides. so today i started to get her ready for the summer and decided to try to fix it.i pulled the head off and one side the crack is pretty ugly. the other side i can weld at work but the other i thank is not repairable. BTW. the top half of this motor is from a RZ350 and the head says YPVS on them (yamaha power valve system) so does anyone know where i can get a head for this? would a stock banshee head work or do i need the rz350 one? thanks in advance

I got a rz motor in my banshee and it's missing the powervalve servo motor and computer, it just has a plate holding the powervalve from moving. Where can I get a PV servo and computer that's not going to cost me a million bucks? Thanks in advance

that sucks man, I hope you get her back. My shee is stuck at my buddies house untill I get a trailer and I am nervous as hell, I just want her where I know she will be safe. Good luck bro

Its a rz350 motor with 2 into 1 pwk carb setup, Vforce 3 reeds, toomey t5 pipes, and I don't have a problem with the gas consuption I just thought it was funny.

my shee is a gas guzzler! One 10 min trip down the road and a quarter tank is gone! LOL is this normal?

i've been looking at a few wiring diagrams and i am missing a voltage regulator. and is i possible that my stator is junk? even tho it runs fine

i got some little cheapo headlights frome walmart and im tring to hook them up, i tried the headlight "yellow, black, green" wires and have no power, so i ripped into the wiring harness and got to the wires right from the magneto, i am thinking that the yellow wire is the main AUX +lead, and the bvlack is the ground, i have no power. now the bike runs fine, does this make any sence? any help would be great
