I am ready to try dropping down from ~12-14 ft and see of I bottom out again. Mind if I ride your rig for a minute. dave5.0 Posted March 5, 2009 Report Posted March 5, 2009 I'm just hoping I don't have to spend half the day tuning. I just spent the last 3 hours hacking and cutting crap trying to get the air filters to fit. The Boss intakes are cool. They lift carbs up and back so they don't hit the clutch. Might even have enough room to pull the bowl plugs. Forgot about the back end though. Between the new pipes that are about 1/4" bigger and the fancy intakes, the big ass filters don't want to go on the carbs. It went from almost pretty to a mess of rubber and hoseclamps. Always something. Hopefully it will get me through the day and then I can figure something else out. Quote
