Back in the late 50's - early 60's drag cars were built that way to help with weight transfer off the line,for increased traction,don't think it really worked... LOL i think also part of the reason was no-one was really tubbing cars back then yet, you could chop your guards out to fit that bigass rubber back there (but that looks ugly) or jack her up to the sky 1 Quote
