What size of swingarm is better for a dune bike with mild porting and a few other mods (+4 or +6). I like to dunes most of the time, and drag every once in a while at comp hill. What are the PROS and CONS of each?

+4 is going to be your best bet. Still easy to turn and good in the drags. +6 is IMO for drags only. It will be kinda hard to turn and might give you trouble while running the dunes-Dan

I run a +6 in the dunes and love it, I really need a couple more inches for the track though. The paddles will make a big difference here however, I am running 12 paddle haulers.

+4 for a duner. that should be plenty.

I agree.. Unless your doing some more serious climbs or plan to do mostly drags and wanna have a swing arm setup for future big mods Id go with a +4..

Go with + 4 you can get around easier on the tree shots and tight sand trails and allows you to keep the front end down just enough to hook up and drag racing up the bowl and they are really fun when you get a big ass motor 450cc + and it brings the front end up makes for one wild ride

+4 with mild port. Depending on the dunes, +6 starts to get to long on razor backs when transitioning slowly or stopping on top. Rolling dunes or ones that aren't that sharp the +6 is fine and is easier for inexperenced rider to handle, +4 with a lot of power takes a lot of riding time to control.

Looking at your sig, sounds like you have a nice setup. Do you have any pics of your bike?
