    ISO 421 CUB

Got a brand new one, never even mounted $750 shipped to lower 48.
  5. There's a lockup and cover for sale on facebook HQ page.
  6. I have a used vito's 4 mill crank, needs complete rebuild. It is welded however. Hit me up if interested. This crank has the key in the center.
  7. ^^^^ Rods do snap when they are cheap junk. I agree that hotrods are a great 4 mill rod, I have tried several brands and hotrods are the only rods I have not broken.
  8. Hmm.....well I think they can be cool. Here is one such example:
  9. hahaha..... Last time someone told me that I was talking about building a chopper with a plated box frame. 4 months later I took first place in the biker build off I entered. 6 months after that the bike had a 2 page spread in a national magazine. I think the banshee trike could be cool, not sure I want one bad enough to put the effort in.
  10. I was toying with the thought of building a swing arm for a single motorcycle rear wheel. I am pretty positive I could get that registered in MI.
  11. What's the price on the shift forks? I could use some spares if the price is right.
  12. These rods are fucking garbage. Matter of fact these rods are the reason I got out of the sport a few years back. I put a brand new set of these rods in my engine along with a brand new pair of sleeves, bore job and pistons. Got a half a summer out of the motor before it grenaded and ruined EVERYTHING. My cylinder actually ripped the studs out of the case when it came apart. I ended up parting the bike out after that issue. I am just now putting another bike back together. Here are some pics.......look closely at the center of the first picture for the g-115 you were asking about.
  13. I am going to use .065 and dual a arms because my life is worth those extra lbs. I will have to find other places to shave weight, I do want the kick starter and water pump but am considering a smaller radiator. The yz85 radiator looks promising.
  14. LOL. nope i have a stock plastic cover with the rear sprocket cover section cut off. I am not saying that i want to save every possible ounce at any cost, BUT if there are some very easy simple tricks.....I am all ears. My chassis will be a modded stocker with .065 chromoly front half and DUAL a arms.
  15. Wondering what you guys have lightened inside your engine? I see everyone buying Ti bolts and running suuuuuper thin chromoly for everything. I do not see much talk about lightening internal engine parts. I am getting ready to start assembling my engine and this would be a good time to lighten a few things up. I see quite a few ways to take some rotating weight out of my transmission. Remove first gear, remove teeth from unused gears, remove "cogs" that drive first gear. How about turning down the center of the clutch rod to save some weight? Maybe some shorter bolts for the less important stuff?
  16. How about these homemade ones? David Allen racing used to sell a screen and "sticker" set. We bought two sets and machined the parts to hold the screens. The DNR never looked twice at these. These slip right in the end of CPI mufflers to take the place of the end caps.
  17. Have a brand new untouched 421 cub cylinder. $750 shipped.
  18. I have also used them for projects at work. Quick turnaround for sure, I only used them to have plating stripped however.
