Carb question

I'm upgrading my carbs, because im' planning on porting my 02 out. are these good carbs?

go with some keihins. they are super easy to tune and most people on this site run them. that makes it easy when you go to jet them because someone here is almost guaranteed to have about the same setup.. if not, we can get you close anyway.

Powder Coating carbs is the dumbest thing you could do. Do you honestly never plan on using carb cleaner on them to keep the powder coat looking good?

 

I would go Keihin PWK's my self. Ethire 33's or 35's depending on what all your planing on doing.

If i remember right, those mikuni's also use front coil springs from a 3/4 chevy truck on the friggin slides!

I have those same carbs, I like them. 02, 358 cub, same 34mm but they are bored out to 35.5mm,v3, cool head 18cc lightend fly +5 timming, FMF sst, K&T intake. 300 mains at 4700fT.
