  1. Any one know where to get them? I had one blow out and I noticed that it is a phillips.. Is there somewhere online to get them?
  2. Looks like Mr. Cotton.mouth failed to cut and paste from Word for his word processing again. Or maybe he got a bad batch of weed again? Put me on the bandwagon!!! That guy was a tard from the beginning!
  3. Am I wrong, or would a air leak in the case affect both cylinders???? I would think a crank seal would cause problems with both cylinders!
  4. I bought my shee off of ebay and used forward air. www.forwardair.com . They even have crates you can use. They were the cheapest about 1.5 yrs ago!
  5. Turbochargedone: I agree. Brooke: I also agree with you on your hunting issue. However I too belive that Varmiting is different from hunting. I belive your right on you "Self Esteem" relation to hunting. Thats exactly why I don't hunt and never did. I got into varmiting in Eastern washington. The coyote problem (also included in Varmits) along with the prarie dogs were destoying our hayfields and killing calves. My grandfather bought me my first 270 and together we would exterminate the varmits. To me it is the same as rats or mice in your house. Tell me brooke, if you had rat, mice, cochroaches, or termites in your house, would you call an exterminator? Coyotes and prarie dogs are the farmers rats, termites, and cochroaches. I don't fault anyone that is against this. Most city people would see it as a useless killing when in fact, it's just extermination.
  6. You have been warned!!! DOG BE GONE
  7. I can't belive the problem some people have with the law. Never talk to a cop, and lie to a cop, and especially get a lawyer first. What the hell is that? I have never been harassed by a cop. This is probably due to the fact that I am respectful to them and their jobs. Yeah I've driven down a road at low speeds, got speeding tickets, and etc. To me it is worth it. If I was a cop, I would hammer a person the best I could if they refused to talk or asked for a lawyer. I'm sure they think the same way.... German Shepherd: I give you props because it seems that you learned something from it. Some of the other Tards here continue to do it and and ruin the sport for the rest of us. Nightrider: YOU RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Well I kinda had the same problem when I had mine ported. I got the jugs back and it ran like crap in the mid. It had a dead spot for about 1 second on full throttle then it took off like a rocket. I called Dan at Patriot and asked him about it. He sent me a couple of needles (for free!!!) and he even offered for me to just drop the bike off and he would tune it for free. I was able to sort it out with a different needle and clip positions. Props to Dan for even offering to fix it for free!!!!!!!!!!!! I guarantee trinity, alba, lrd, and several others wouldn't offer that!
  9. What compression are you running at? I've seen where engine builders will hog it out to a point where the compression is gone. Compression is one of the main points for a good bottom end. Mine is ported by patriot with a "Hot Dune Port". He suggested 20cc for drag racing and 17cc for woods or low end. I usually keep the 17cc in there and this thing has power like a tractor! I can usually beat about 70% of the banshees I drag, but I weigh 210lbs as well. With 17cc I run at 180lbs of compression at sea level. If it is hogged out too much youre likley to be around 150lbs at 17cc!!
  10. I think that I am going to switch to maxima 927 oil. What is the ratio that everyone runs at? I for sure don't want to be putting a bottom end in my bike!!!
  11. I had the same problem once. Every time I washed it, or went through a puddle it died. It would idle sometimes (badly) but die immediatley upon throttle. I checked everything (I thought) which included elimating tors and parking brake. Finally I decided to tear through the electrical wiring. I eventually found a set of frayed wires at the airbox. The airbox has three plastic "Fingers" that hold the wiring harness to the box. Well, the fingers wore a hole in the wiring over time (My bike was practically new!) and when water hit it, it would make a connection and short the CDI. I suggest checking the airbox, then proceed to check out your wiring harness. Chances are you may have a short somewhere!
  12. I think that he may be a stock holder or something of the sort. His name is MERLE BARCLAY and KATERINA N BARCLAY. I never got the low down on what exactly he did, however I'm sure he was involved somehow!
  13. I live about 5 miles from the guy that owns Little Debbie. He's owns about half an island called "Marrowstone Island" where he has his own private golf course and several homes..... He is actually the reason I got my house for so cheap. my buddy's mom married him and she gave him her house when she moved. Thus a cheap house for me!!!!
  14. God that guy is such an idiot.... He's trying to play both sides. Bush is a moron, but at least you can trust his word. Who knows with Kerry. You can't belive a damn word he says..... I'm sure some of you have seen this before.... But this catoon pretty much sums it all up JibJab
  15. Although there is a volcano close, there isn't much of anything else in western washington to kill ya. No poisonous snakes, no hurricanes, no tornado's, heck we've only had one severe storm the entire time i've lived here (26 years). I take a volcano erupt every 24 years to the BS them floridians are takin!
  16. I think that it stays in the sand because there is nothing to help it break down. No plant life or anything. The sand is like a grey color now where it was a light brown color. Moses lake is the only place around that I see it that prominant.. The other fun part about the ash is that it is great on bearings... The ash is like real fine diamonds and it loves to cut into the bearings. If you don't clean and re-grease them, your in for a world of hurt!
  17. I live about an hour away.... The thing that sucks about it is the wind. If the wind blows right then it will push most of the ash towards the ocean. However if it blows east or north it will cover EVERYTHING. One of my favorite riding spots, Moses Lake, still has loads of ash mixed in the sand from 1980. When you get done riding you have a ash mustache!!!!!!
  18. Trust me, I'm sure it isn't the cops problem why she still isn't in jail. It's the legal system (court system) as a whole. I had a thought a long time ago. Do away with judges making any verdict or sentancing and have one panel (elected) decide every sentance in the entire state. Then at least it would be the same across the board. Also do away with the jury system and make it paid elected positions!!! Get rid of the retards often seen planted in jury pools!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. Yes there is a filter, but it is more of a screen than a filter. You should be able to see it on the side of the case. It is recessed into the case. I only change mine maybe every year. It only catches large filings so if you don't have any engine probs it really does nothing. You can also wash it out instead of replacing it! This is what it is... http://alba.buyol.com/Item/REP%2DOIL%2DFILT%2DYAM.htm My warrior is also a "Wife's" bike. If I may, I suggest the FMF Megamax pipe. It is rather inexpensive and very pleasant to the ear. A good low rumble, but not too loud. It also is a spark arrestor so you don't have to worry about it. I'm usually not a FMF fan, but this pipe works great for the warrior.... It may not be the most powerful pipe, but definatley the best sounding and universal! https://www.fmfracing.com/products/catalog....?CategoryID=128
  20. I have not tried, but one of those internet places may work???? An employer can run a credit check of them for credit reasons, otherwise back to the internet thing..... This one is great.. The answer is YES!!! I see more convicted felons on welfare. I swear, every one I meet (and I meet a lot!) have a damn Quest card. In washington you get a Quest card which works like a credit card to buy your beer and cigarettes to trade for dope.
  21. The only factor is jetting. All of the other factors were taken into consideration. Same temperature, same dyno, same bike, same porting, same bike temperature ETC. All I know is that with the same jetting, the T-5 outperformed the PT's and they both wasted the FMF's. I'm sure your topend with Fattys may "Suprise the crap" out of me, but it would definatley suprise even more with a set of PT's or T-5's for top! Based on what I saw, I would put a grand down on the fact that T-5's would smoke FMF's on mid to upper horsepower.....
  22. Nope... A buddy of mine had a set of of PT Mids and the T-5's produced 2.3 HP more on top on the Cascade innovations dyno. They were almost identical from beginning to mid then the T-5's took over. We tested the PT's, T-5's and FMF's that day all on the same dyno and on my shee. The jetting was kept the same throughout the test so I don't know if that was the difference or not. The PT's definatley get 1st place for looks!!! I plan on doing the same Dyno with the Rocket's, however none of my friend's have a set to try. Thus I'm gonna be the guinea pig!!! If any of you were wondering, the FMF's were horrible on top and gave up 3.1 hp to the PT's and 5.4 to the T-5's!!! They all were close throughout the low to mid and if I remember correctly, the PT's had about a 1 hp gain from low to mid was all over the T-5's
  23. I attached the photo of the part that cracked. The aluminum between the water jacket and the O-ring groove cracked on both sides. It looks like you head has a little more material in that space so I don't think it would be a prob.... photo
