  1. I agree. The further back you go, the less weight over those tires, but the front end won't be coming up. You can paddle up then to get more traction, but like loco said if you want it kind of in the middle where you can still wheelie but still be able to keep the front end down a bit go with a +2. Personally I've seen some with a +4 wheelie all day but its going to take a bit more engine to accomplish and it won't be as trail friendly as the +2 or +3 would be.
  2. Yep its just "Lee". When I had my advertising he just set it up for me, not sure if you'll have to fill anything out or what.
  3. Send him a PM. Or I think there is a link on the main page for advertising. What is it you'll be selling?
  4. Agreed. Actually I'd check ALL bearings on your bike. Bearings aren't expensive. I get mine at a price I could afford to change them every couple of months if I wanted to.
  5. I still have a few things to take care of before it will roll over. Main thing is decide on external fuel pump, or fab a tank and use a stock fuel pump.
  6. LOL And Dark_One I really don't think much in the form of ATV's is legal in Conn. I've heard the stories, and a member of this site that lives in CT, ships his bike out here to ride the dunes. That pretty much sums it up.
  7. Basically, click the link at the bottom, print out the PDF file, send it in with $20.00 for a yearly membership and help the BRC fight hippies. I'll be sending mine in sometime this week.
  8. I think so. Not only are they as fast or faster, but CHEAP!!!! Hell, insurance is even cheaper on the packages.
  9. Damn! That sounds like a good idea.
  10. I'd like to know how USPS does it. I've shipped stuff to PA NJ and TN that gets there in 2 days flat. Sometimes over a weekend. Ship Sat, and it gets there Mon.
  11. Yup. Fixitrod will tell ya about that. Put the clamp down on that fucken washer until the side is flat against the nut.
  12. Say, on a billet clutch insert?
  13. LOL sounds like he needs to learn people don't "get" respect, they earn it. And tossing around that he's older and you need to respect him is bullshit. If anything he sounds like he needs to shut up and listen to someone else, and just because he's older doesn't make him wiser.
  14. Good!!! Sounds like he'll get what he deserves, and I hope its soon. Not this 30 years of appealing bull shit you see. And you never know. He just might get shot in the knees trying to escape or something.
  15. Thanks for the compliments! And my hell they got there fast. I shipped them thursday at 5pm after work according to my receipt. The font I used is called "AfterMath". I got it and a bunch of others from www.acidfonts.com
  16. I probably could, but I don't know about for that price. Depends on how thick the aluminum is for the sides and the wall thickness of the tubes. Polishing it would be kinda tough with those tight spaces. I wouldn't be able to get in there. Nice bumper though.
  17. What does your bike look like?? I'll look for you next time I'm out there. Seeing you're from Rexburg I'd say you're out there every weekend. I'd be.
  18. I think I've just seen everything.
  19. Damn right. Do what you have to do to protect whats yours. If that means kicking someones ass that was supposed to be your friend, do it.
  20. Exactly!! It has nothing to do with someones "right" to do what they want, but its when they infringe on someone elses rights. Such as someones right to live. I'd hate to see beer at the dunes go, but if some of these whackos don't get it together I won't really care.
  21. HAHA! Must have given a pretty accurite description. Thats them. I bought some gloves there about 1.5 years ago, only because I didn't feel like driving to Carrys and I was in the area. When I grabbed the gloves and laid them on the counter someone behind the counter actuallly said "That was an easy $30.00." That just kind of rubbed salt in the wounds. They absolutely dont have it together as far as I'm concerned. Actually a couple of my buddys got into motorcycles, and they drove to Brigham to buy rather than buy from Newgate just a couple miles from their houses. I'd probably do the same thing. I also heard that Honda of Bountiful is merging with Full Throttle Motorsports in Centerville. Honda of Bountiful has done pretty good with me so far, actually the parts guys knew what they were talking about when I was on the phone with them for 1/2 hour getting part numbers and prices together a while back, but I haven't tried FTM yet. I'm pretty sure if they get merged they'll sell everything and I plan on giving them a shot. Also, ADS doesn't have too much going on either. Took 20 minutes to get an Outerware for my 2:1 that is too big for it anyway and alot of the shit in there looked really pricey but I don't have alot of buying experience from ADS yet. I might if their prices ever come down.
  22. How do you like that .50AE? I would love to have one and the .357mag to match my .44mag.
  23. It hasn't happened here yet, but I'm sure it will happen in the next 5 years or so if shit doesn't change on the major holidays. Running a Life Flight helicopter isn't cheap.
  24. God damn. I bet I could see the rings of Uranus with those things on. Girls glasses so thick she can see the future.
  25. If you have to, cut off the rear sub frame and fab a new one. Not much there to worry about really. And you can find a good used frame for about 3-4 bills or so.
