One would simply work against the other and you'd get horrible, if not absolutely NO performance. There is no perfect solution to the top end vs low end debacle.

Thats probably your only option at this point. We've had to do shit like that at the shop when a tap breaks off in an expensive part. Rather than junk the part we go to a shop that can weld something onto the broken piece of tap, then we spin it out that way.

LOL I don't know how this happened, but last month, about the last time I was able to work on my project bike, some how as I was welding and die griding, I called my own cell phone from my cell phone and left me a 7 minute+ message of me grinding away, swearing, etc. The phone was unlocked, and in the front of my pull over...I can't figure out how the hell it dialed its own number..... I had no idea either until later that day when I notice I have 1 unheard message. I listen to it then I'm sitting there wondering who the fuck left me this buzzing grinding noise on my phone...then I hear me swearing and bangin on stuff.. HA!

LMFAO Been there, this week even. My wife is constantly telling me "Call my cell phone with your cell phone, not the shop phone, I'm outta minutes." WTF? She's borrowed my phone for hours before because her phone was out of minutes. Now I keep it hidden.....I need to use it every now and again, and I hate looking for it. Where's my cell phone?? I can't remember....it might be in my car or in my purse. Its not in your car, where's your purse? I dont know. It might be in my car.

Its normal. Banshee frames from the factory look really fucked up.The front and rear dont seem to line up, not symmetrical AT ALL!

I agree. Out in the dunes when we jump, we can't always find a down hill landing, and have to land flat. Its rough as fuck, even though we are only getting about 4-6 feet of air, if that. Down hill landings though.....Makes it nice even if I do have stock suspenders.

I agree... It makes me wonder why they would want to do that, since there isn't technically any riding spots in Conn. At least thats what Walts told me several times. I'm thinking you're right. THere is a guy at the beginning of the street by my shop that rents out quads. He has a few Slowzuki 400's that they run up and down the street everynow and again, and they are kind of....sluggish. I'm not doubting you coudln't make it fast...just in the stock trim they aren't the quickest bike I've ever seen.

The stock yamaha bolts aren't anywhere near grade 8. Soft pos cheap bolts. Get some grade 8. I sell them with my billet pegs, and I haven't had a problem yet.
