I just got the lot of them machined. A total of 10 sets. I'm going to have to polish them as they are ordered as I have a ton of other things to get done in the mean time. If I happen to run out on someone, I'll surely make some more!!! I have to buy my aluminum 20-40 feet per order to get a deal (depending on size of aluminum) so I have plenty of aluminum to make more if they are needed or ordered.

Maybe if you polish street bike parts but in the ATV world you'll be lucky if you can make yourself 10$ per hour. LOL If I were to get paid from my company for my time polishing the parts I sell, my company would actually lose money on every single part. There isn't anyone I know that would polish anything for free. Literally.....I do it for free. I do it mainly as a courtesy and I like being able to say that I can do it. I reserve most of my polishing duties for my "days off"

NONE! I have the brake lines that use 2 banjo bolts, and it was a pain in the ass to get them lined up right so they didn't leak. As soon as I get the chance I'm switching over to an inline T. The price is about the same since the T's are about 2x as expensive as the banjos. You just don't use as much braided steel line.

Mine is $34/mo for Verizon. I have no idea what plan it is, other than a plan to use the damn thing 40 times a day. The Verizon to Verizon customer deal kicks ass though. Any other Verizon phone is a free call. Plus I get to use some text messaging. 10 cents to send, 2 cents to receive and I can send from my email address. Don't think thats true either or you would be able to ride a 4x4 atv on the street. Most of them have independent rears. Good point.... What is it that gets them all fucken knotted up about riding an atv on the road in some states, but not others??? I know here in Utah a truck that has been lifted or lowered must pass a ground to lowest point on the frame test. They don't care if its the cross member to the transmission or a piece of the frame but it has to be more than 3" off the ground, and less than...ah...I don't remember. Plus you cant have suspension lower than the lowest part of any rim. I've seen the highway patrol by my house measureing the frame height on a lifted truck once. But if you register it as farm equipment they don't give a shit. Words straight from a farmers mouth that I know. Don't know how I'd register my banshee as a farm utility, and keep it under 50 mph and less than a 5mile radius of my "farm".

Do you ever go ride out at Sand Mountain? I'm in Northern Utah about 80 miles west of Evanston. The best place around here would be rocky mountain atv if you are looking for some after market stuff.

Well, I'm thinking.....I think its the solid rear axle that the DMV gets their collective panties in a bunch over right?? The bike isn't any taller with 3 wheels or anything.... Why not fab up some sort of swingarm that has a differential out of a riding lawn mower or something. It would suck ass for taking off if only one wheel grabs. You would need to put in some sort of locker to spool the rear end, but un lock it for the state safety inspection. It might be heavy, but we are talking street legal. Not jumping at the dunes. Would that work instead?? I like the 3 wheel thing because it gets us to the street, but god damn, I'm not blind either.

Start by pulling a plug since it isn't going to run well enough for a plug chop. Check to see if it isn't a nice even tanish color. If you can, post a picture. Jetting can be a biatch. Also, after rereading about your engine seizing, I would really check that plug. Also note if there are any aluminum speckles on the electrode. I'm not a jetting super freak, so if anyone else has something for Poly to try please post it. You might also want to post this in the jetting forum. I would move it for you, but I'm not a mod for this section.

The title says it all. We just got a DSL line at the shop, I did my 2 years worth of Winderz upgrades, and now we are looking at getting some sort of firewall and anti virus software. We have a few people around us that suggest one thing or another. I know nothing of what to get, ease of use ect. What are your opinions and what has worked for you? What hasn't worked for you or just irritated the holy hell out of you? Thanks.

naw you don't need it. I never run them with mine, and all of the inserts I've sold don't use them. Unless someone figured a way to make one work with my inserts.
