i agree with banchetta. ive run my bikes before with stock pilots and all kinds of mods. bigger pilots arent always necessary. if its running good leave it.

cut a few loops off the springs or go little by little until you can stand the throttle pull...works like a charm.

thats the inside of the carb where you took the measurement? if i know the inside i can pretty much figure out what size carb it is. its either a 30, 33 or 35mm pwk im sure. lemme know the jet sizes and we will get you figured out.

so then you do have spark?? but it wont start?? then someting else is the cause. pull the plug out and leave it in the plug boot. ground it and crank the engine over a few times and see if you are getting a good spark. if you are then thats not your problem.

need to know what carbs these are and what jetting is in them right now. on the side of the carb it should say something like, 33pwk, 34pj, 35pwk or somethinkg along those lines. find out which carbs they are. also pull off the carbs and see what main and pilot is in there. sounds like its kinda rich on the pilot from what you are saying but itd be best to know for sure what jets are there..find out and let us know.

i personally would never use anything but wiseco pistons. we used pro x in a rebuild one time and that was a mistake. the top end wore out quick. ill never use that junk again. never heard much about namura andi thought wiseco made the vitos pistons. personally id go with wiseco pistons..cast tend to break apart easier as well.

warrior plates will fit in a banshee clutch basket but there are less plates and only 5 springs. where did you get the clutch from? i would send it back and have them get you the right one. rmatv did this one time and over nighted the clutch to me.

it was my setup where the rockets outpulled the cpi from bottom all the way up. this was on a 4mm. rockets pulled 3 more hp and 3 more ft lbs of torque. the biggest difference is where the cpis stopped pulling the rockets kept on going..

well i havent skated in a few months. i wasnt the homo flaming kind that putted around like a nerd. i was the type that skated handrails, ramps and all that crazy shit. made my way into several videos that are sold world wide. i was pretty fuckin crazy about 3 years go but it kinda hurts now when you fall so i dont skate as much..its still fun as hell and every once in a while ill go school all the "new school" kids startin out.

i have had my basket on and off many times and all i have ever done is used a 1/2" impact to tighten it. i set it on the highest setting and let it go. if you have another person there they can usually hold it so it wont go anywhere. get it tight and bend the washer over on it, it wont go anywhere.

you need to pull that cylinder off and see what is broke. hopefully its only a piece of the piston. after you get it pulled off check back here with what happened and we can help you decide what to do with it. id be willing to bet its just a piece of the piston, but that can also mess up other shit.
