rockets will def come on later than almost any other pipe. if you want low end go with pt mids or even t5s have more bottom end that rockets. if you wanna upgrade later go with rockets, you will def not have a turd even if the engine is stock.

i would go with either 33mm pwk or 35mm pwk. i dont think lectrons would really suit your needs. if you go with 33's or 35's you can upgrade later and still have a good carb to work with. you are gonna gain on the top quite a bit with either carb and shouldnt lose a whole lot if any on the bottom...

im guessing 310 to 340 on the main depending on temperature and elevation and either 25 or 27.5 pilot. i have never gone to a 30 pilot myself.

6th gear cruising? sounds to me like you drained your bowls. to be safe pull the lines off your carbs and turn the gas on. check and make sure you are getting good flow from the tank.

laquer thinner is fine for plastic. ive done it more than once to shine them up as well because it removes alot of shit off them. how will the laquer thinner screw up the plastic? ive used it on 3 quads now with no affect whatsoever.

theres gonna be a huge difference. just make sure you get your jetting on good. if you have any questions post something up in the jetting forum and someone will help you out. you may not need to run 110 either. it depends on how much compression you have. if i were you id check your compression after installing the head and see what you have. youll prolly be able to get by with running 50/50 pump/race fuel.

my brothers stock 04 pistons broke apart between the rings and it locked up. they just basically started falling apart. those things are junk. the banshee he had before his 04 we put pro junk in during a rebuild and it wasnt long before the compression was way down. i dont know what weighs more or weighs less but ill never use anything other than wiseco.

i personally think they would, however there are alot of guys running rockets with stock engines. you plannin on doing any porting to your engine? if so plan ahead and go head with the rockets. if not i would recommend t5's.

arent the cannondales hard to get parts for? i rode a cannondale one time and was pretty unimpressed by it. i didnt like the feel or the power of it. i raced a cannondale 440 with my predator several times and i walked all over it. yea i know i had like 60 more cc's than it but i weighed alot more and it wasnt even a race.
