what the title says. i was gonna run them as hillclimb tires but they are a little too heavy. these tires hook unreal tho. they are brand new and have never even been mounted on the banshee. i have a set on my 450 and they grip like whoa...anyone interested in these? i would rather not mess with shipping if at all possible. im close to KC if anyone wants them i could bring them down. dont have pics at the moment but i can get them tomorrow. also have a set of fast trekker rears size 20x10x9 that are brand new. also may have a whole set of ITP Baja T9 rims and tires as well. lemme know if interested. i also have 2 sets of stock front banshee wheels in pretty decent shape. some scratches around the edges. one set is 10x5 and one set is 10x6. either set for 65 shipped. if you want pics of anything let me know and ill email them to you. i will be at LS march 18th thru the 20th so if anyone is gonna be there and wants any of this stuff i can bring it with me...

a while back someone posted about a website that sold all sizes and shapes of k and n filters. does anyone know what site this is?? i searched here and browsed the internet but i cant flippin find it. help a brotha out... ok i checked out k and n website and found some filters but i dont know where the hell to buy them. they have a dealer locator but is there a place that stocks all these? i need a filter with a 2.5" inside flange diameter. basically something that would fit like a 35mm pwk carb. i know someone here has prolly had one. if so where you get it? something about 4 inches across and about 6 to 8 inches long would prolly work.

www.eric-gorr.com he does a badass woods port. its about 200 bucks and it rips. tons of bottom end and midrange. but if you wanna drag throw on a big front sprocket and away you go. its really got tons of power. my brother ran 16 and 17 tooth front sprockets last year at our hillclimbs with a gorr woods port. with t-5s, v force reeds and 33mm pwk it made 58 horsepower. power comes on about 4500 rpm.

dont feel bad. i cant seem to figure out the lectron on my cr500 banshee either. that thing is turning out to be a pain in the ass...

im very comfortable on mine and ride it very hard. ive beaten ported banshees in drag races and at our hillclimbs. i hold the fastest hill time in the 4 stroke classes and there are only maybe 3 guys in the 2 stroke classes that have beaten that time, myself included.

i would use 2x4 tubing for the frame. that will be plenty strong enough for that small of a trailer. on the pieces for the sides you wont need to go real think on that 1" tube. def no more than 1/8 inch. how tall are you gonna make it? are you gonna round or v-nose the front?? also you might wanna think about using a 2 5/16" ball mount. just a little extra insurance when pulling the expensive toys. just make sure you start square. if your main box isnt square youll have all kinds of fun putting the sides and top on. take your time and make things level and square.

thats cool. i was just wondering where you were coming from on some of that stuff. i like mine, no problems with it so far. mine doesnt run hot tho and i run the shit out of mine. think maybe yours is a little lean? i have heard they are a little lean from the factory. i prefer the sound of a 2 stroke over a thumper anyway, but the 450 is by far the best sounding of the 4 strokes. have you pulled ther baffle and air box lid? it really helps quite a bit.

thats way low man. youll sell it in about 10 mins for 2 gs. im thinkin more like 3000 to 3500...

+7 are more expensive to build. it requires trenched cases and a much more expensive crank. +4 is the most economical way to go...

what kind of riding do you do? if you run in the trails i would recommend an eric gorr woods port. cheap and well worth the money...

whats wrong with the electrical system? mine works fine. mine isnt slow, in fact the yfz450 is the fastest of the new 4 strokes. ive flat out torn apart alot of ported banshees with it. transmission is clunky? compared to what? im pretty sure you have a drag setup. do you have an override transmission? if thats the case you cant compare the two. there are alot of things you can do to the banshee to make them shift easier. sounds like shit? mine sounds fine, it sounds like a 4 stroke. what bolts come loose? ive never had anything come loose on mine. and my final question, if you dislike it so much why do you own one?

i would just attatch the prop directly to the sprocket splines. a 6 speed boat. thatd be cool.

450 is much better for track and i like it in the trails better to. predictable power when you need it and its light and easy to turn. if thats all the riding you do go for the 450.

cr125 have shitty low end and pretty much no power. pipe and porting is the only way to get any real power out of it. its still gonna be slow tho.

those damn things take some prying and bullshit to get them lined up properly. you can bend them pretty easily to make them line up with the upper motor mount hole. then youll need a longer bolt to go all the way thru and then a nut on the other side. where did you get them from? they should have sent you bolts and shit.
