theres nothing special you need to do. take off the emergency brake junk and put on the block off.. i have purchased blockoffs before that dont have a deep enough hole for the pin to go into, causing it to activate the brake when the block off is tightened up. make sure yours is deep enough. if not, you can grind down the emergency brake pin..

i used a sawzall with a course wood blade first, then i used a heated sticker remover.. the kind with a box knife razor blade in it.

primary drive front and rear sprockets hold up well. i run them on my 10mm cub bike and have no issues. they are also cheap. i run D.I.D. chains and they also hold up well. you can get both at www.rockymountainatv.com
