  1. There's a big difference between the cylinders and the head. You said "i feel your pain man, cost me 400 to fix my cub head."
  2. Don't waste your time switching wheels. I just weighed them both and there is only about a 3 ounce difference between the two.
  3. If you paid $400 to fix a Cub head, you're even dumber than I had imagined, considering you can buy a brand new head and domes for like $225.
  4. Yep, he's a real loser. I banned him for being a douche bag and threatening to sue me over the EZUP thread.
  5. EXACTLY. It's like the fucking crank issue. Everyone penny pinching on these builds. The biggest issue facing the Snipers at this point are some dyno charts and R&D.
  6. That pilot seems too big to me. I think you should be around 45-48. Main 160-162. I like the DGK needle better than the CEL. You sure you don't have an air leak? What's your temp and elevation?
  7. You need to get out more.
  8. Good man, just busy as fuck. We're having a really busy year. Building in my area is staying pretty steady. What's been up?
  9. Word. I've had the same set of Craftsman stuff since about 2003 and have yet to break anything. If you're breaking or bending that shit you're beating on it too hard. But if I do break something, I will be calling Taiwan directly.
  10. Things to blame on Taiwan: 1. Rod failures 2. Wristpin length 3. Windycityjohn's Trinity motor 4. Zillafreak's non working EFI 5. EZUP guy's sales techniques 6. RIS brakes
  11. 2nd gear. 19/41. Dump the clutch.
  12. You might try BVC Racing on the front suspension first. They are a BansheeHQ Sponsor. http://www.bvcracing.com/
  13. You had a point?
  14. EXACTLY. His is so focused on one aspect of this he won't pull his head from his ass to understand what we are saying..
  15. So let me get this straight... It's OK for Wiseco to sell a wrist pin made in Taiwan that doesnt fit... But it's NOT OK for a builder to sell a crank with a rod from Taiwan that might break?
  16. 2nd gear. Always 2nd gear.
  17. Exactly. My $1,200 billet crank broke and you didn't see me on here whining and crying like a little girl. I got it fixed and I moved on. Part of riding/racing. You sound like a and you're
  18. YES, you sound like a broken record.. Plus, you don't read well at all.. I NEVER said what was or wasn't the cause of the rods breaking. Frankly, I don't give a shit. I don't penny pinch when it comes to my builds like some of you clowns. These motors are destined for failure with the way we push them but we want them to last a million years with shitty parts? Makes sense. I am NOT sticking up for the cranks. I literally know nothing about them at all, other than there is a demand for them because people are too fucking cheap to buy something with more quality. I will, however, stick up for my sponsors. Placing all of the blame on the builder will ultimately KILL the aftermarket Banshee industry. At some point, the customer has to assume some responsibility too. The industry is far too small for these builders to assume full and total responsibility for these things. We're talking Banshees, not Chevy pickups. It is a very small niche market that just can't have the type of warranty setup like a big auto manufacturer. That's the bottom line. Anyway, keep on spinnin..
  19. Nerf bars are not required but I can see why they would want you to have them. My feet have slipped off my pegs more than once and I have ran over my leg more than once. Nerf bars would pretty much prevent this from happening.
  20. Those will work. See if he will let you cut every other row out of them..
  21. Sand tires, really? You will get stomped with sand tires on that hill. You need at least a good dirt tire, cut ones would be better. Those Pro Wedge's aren't going to cut it.
  22. This question is really kind of dumb, hence the silly answers. YES, there is a clear advantage to running out-frame pipes to produce the most power. This is why you see all the drag racers doing it. IF in-frame silenced pipes made the most power, that's what those guys would use. As far as in-frames with no silencers, that's what I run on both of my bikes. They will produce the most peak HP for my setups. They are also closer to an out-frame drag pipe setup than your typical in-frame silenced setups.
