Voltric, Fullbore, Laker Customs and Fast Fibers are all aftermarket. They are easy to find. New OEM will cost you a fortune. Used is your best bet.

Performance Plating in Olathe, KS will do them for around $300. I just verified with them last week. They did the pipes on my Hybrid. Looks fucking good.
I've owned Banshees for over 12 years and other ATVs even longer and I've never done a plug chop.
Regular WOT plug checks are plenty good enough when tuning.

A big motor pulls fuel more efficiently than than a small motor will. These jetting specs should put you right in there. Some fine tuning once you get to your riding spot may need to be done.
