  1. So, if you assemble your own motor that means you're a motor builder? NOT. I assemble all my own shit, but by no means am I a builder. I don't fuck with porting, dome configuration, crank rod lengths and so on..That's what BUILDERS do. So, shut the fuck up.
  2. Assembling does not equal building.
  3. Sweet! Wish I could make it to Nationals this year.
  4. Which set of pipes took 5 months?
  5. Motorola Razr flip phone.
  6. Tell him to put up the funds!!!
  7. Actually, he wins the KROY award. Every single year.
  8. That could happen.. We're going to need a bigger trailer though.
  9. Damn. Might be. My old 10 Cub that Cam built took the same jetting as our 18DMs. Plugs look good I guess? You're really close to my elevation too. Does the bike get hot at all?
  10. Really? What motor, altitude and temp? Those are huge jets.
  11. I've got DGH in our 39PWK. I'm not sure how similar the 38PWK are.
  12. Strength and weight would probably be the two biggest differences.. Twist and flex as well.
  13. Call JJ&A? They're pretty close to you...
  14. 162 main 48 pilot Needle in the middle Air screw .5-2.5 turns out 7 degrees timing That should be just about right. You may need to go one way or the other with the jets.
  15. What a worthless video. I could listen to that guy talk shit all day though. Hahaha. "Don't go over there, it ain't safe!! Don't go over there!"
  16. YES, there are major differences in these arms.. Looks is NOT the only difference. Depending on the type of riding that will be done, one will work better than the other and hold up better. For your recreational type riding, I would run a heavy duty round tube or ladder style arm. You can also contact Wheelman Chassis, Turbo Chassis and Fireball Racing here on BansheeHQ for swingarms.
  17. I would assume $500 is too much monies.
  18. Are you guys running anything oxygenated on those DM's? Guys kept telling me it was a waste but I noticed drastic differences between fuels and their tuning capabilities when going to C12/14 then stepping up to VP113 oxygenated and even tried the Q16. That stuff really let's you wick the timing and compression up but I think I like the VP113 the best for my current set up. Nope. Just Sunoco or VP 110. I asked Cameron the other day about running it but he said to stick with the 110. Honestly, we don't need anymore power. These new motor setups are fucking night and day difference from what they were before. We've had good luck and no issues with the current fuel/comp/timing so I really don't need to be fucking with anything anyway.
  19. We had to make a ton of changes to our bikes when going from 10mm Cub to the 18DMs. Tires, gearing and suspension all changed drastically. I'm just glad I don't have to fuck with alcohol. At least our fuel has stayed consistent. We also don't do any real clutch tuning. We just load the lockup with weight and go. - HMFIC
