I think your compression is fine for your elevation and being checked cold. Using premium pump gas, I'd consider running 20cc unless you will be riding much below 1500'.

You could change to 19cc domes if you ran race gas. You would certainly feel a difference. I would check the jetting.

It might be best to call Alba and find out what size they installed. Is it ported? Is the timing advanced? I don't know what they do to them.
