  1. Alright I’ll ditch the overflow tank. As for the vent hoses, I ripped all of those out already and plugged the one coming from the clutch cover. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Any one that has an unmolested banshee can you chime in with a picture? Want it looking exactly like factory setup. The way I have it now the overflow tube is banjo tight and can’t relocate it at all. Is the overflow tank really needed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Hoping someone can post up pictures of how it’s suppose to be routed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. So I’m trying to route my wiring and tubes the way they came stock from the factory. This is the way I have it now and everything seems tight. Also trying to install the air filter with the stock cage but noticed the foam o ring is missing. How can I mod my stock airbox so that it’ll work and be sealed? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Yeah the cover that conceals the water pump propeller. Used a brand new gasket on that and checked to make sure it wasn’t leaking. Maybe it does when the engine is running idk. I’ll check it out Friday and post back. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Not sure what you mean by pump cover drain. I’m pretty sure it’s not leaking around the pump cover I checked that multiple times and it was dry. Bikes at home right now so I go play with it more on Friday. Also got to break in the engine still lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Yes, that has all been figured out now Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Whole motors brand new. Everything got replaced Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Now that I have that figured out, I need some help with that coolant leak and airbox setup. Should I start a new thread for each or is here fine? Ty Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Yeah I figured something out. Put a die on the threads, shaved some extra metal off the ends, then backed the die off to clean them back up. All of them fit now besides the one next to shift shaft but that’s a case issue not bolt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. So I can grind the bolts down a tad or should I cut them? Also I know this isn’t bolt related but wondering why coolant would be leaking from this oil vent area? Thanks everyone! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Is that from the head? My short ones measure 1.01 from the head and long ones 2.6 from head. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Sprayed some wd40 in the holes and cleaned out the threads with a q tip. The bolt is going all the way in and bottoming out on the inside. I do have the rubber gasket on Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. What? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Ight. Thanks man. My banshee isn’t liking this colder weather and the flywheel is starting to rust. Want to get this motor buttoned up lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Also these are the ones I bought https://www.ebay.com/i/271997206044?chn=ps&ul_ref=https%253A%252F%252Frover.ebay.com%252Frover%252F1%252F711-117182-37290-0%252F2%253Fmpre%253Dhttps%25253A%25252F%25252Fwww.ebay.com%25252Fi%25252F271997206044%25253Fchn%25253Dps%2526itemid%253D271997206044%2526targetid%253D474173634149%2526device%253Dm%2526adtype%253Dpla%2526googleloc%253D9003091%2526poi%253D%2526campaignid%253D1481359801%2526adgroupid%253D56517111999%2526rlsatarget%253Dpla-474173634149%2526abcId%253D1139296%2526merchantid%253D101691871%2526pt%253D%2526gclid%253DEAIaIQobChMIm9K00abf3QIVkY-zCh0fXQ94EAQYAiABEgKT3fD_BwE%2526srcrot%253D711-117182-37290-0%2526rvr_id%253D1684968988252%2526rvr_ts%253D236f7be31660ab6badf45de1fff5d571 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Cool. Just my luck lol. Do you happen to have any of the bolts lying around to quickly tell me the proper length? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. 102% positive I didn’t mess it up. There are 3 very long bolts all same size and like 5 short bolts again same size. There’s no way the longer bolts could go anywhere else besides the stator cover. However they bottom out before the bolt head touches. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Alright guys, so I bought a stainless steel clutch cover and stator cover bolt kit. All the clutch bolts went in find and all. But on the stator cover only like 2 bolts actually bolt down the cover. The rest of the bolts seem like they bottom out before even touching the plastic stator cover. Could this be because the bolts are too long? Has anyone ran into this problem before?? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Damn bro that looks awesome! I’ll give it a shot. Just used tin foil and water you said? Anything else to scrape off the deep rust? Are Fmfs chrome? Or just aluminum Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. You gots pic of how they were before? I think the steel wool is more aggressive than foil but I’m no expert Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. You get quotes on silver vein? How much more $$$ if you don’t mind me asking. I know someone that has their own shop so I can ask what he’ll charge. Hopefully not too crazy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Ehh I already spent some time on this one 0000 steel wool and wd40 didn’t do much. I also took a green sos pad on one of those angled air chuck things. Not sure what they’re called but that got good amounts of rust off but left spiraled scratches and dulled it. Maybe I damaged the chrome. Idk tell me what u think Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Also thinking about blue accents. Like probably going to get some Works shocks. Have a blue clutch lever, blue gas lines, thinking black or silver nerfs w/ blue nets. Not sure about exhaust, i don’t think I can save that [emoji22] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Canadianshee I like that! That powder coated? Just left the whole carrier bolted to the swingarm? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
