Get you some 5/8” OD, .120 wall tubing. 3/8” hardware works perfect. Cut it to about 1.75”-2” and center it up on the gap in the carrier tube, weld both sides and then cut the middle out when you are done.

JJ&A sell the housing for $35 I think, stellar can also cut you out something custom and send you one.

Almost every running banshee goes for about $2500 around here. Doesn't matter if it is a p.o.s. or pretty damn nice.

CST pulse and ambush would be much better choices. More affordable than those you listed as well.

I used that set on my shearers for a while. They leaked too much for what they cost. Wound up buying cascade clamps that were cheaper anyways.

I've got pulse fronts and ambush rears.

Full fronts and cut rears. Lol!

If you're still full of coolant that would also rule out a bad o ring.

Is it smoke or steam? It could also be as simple as a bad o ring on one side.
