  1. x2 on finding stock cylinders for it. Bill Banshee hp might have a set ready to sell with pistons and what not hit him up
  2. id go fattys too
  3. keep the shearers ps ive never ridden snipers
  4. I like fattys as well, depends on your riding too id say you will get a few more revs out of the t5s, t5s sound nice too.

    PWK 28

ISO 1 28 pwk carb dont need jets just the carb and slide/top etc.
  6. what do the plugs look like? if it runs great and then runs like crap after it warmed up its probably too rich, if you shut it off and let it cool down completely and the cycle repeats thats a rich condition, also a symptom of an electrical issue but will likely happen sooner than later once warmed up like your describing. verify all electrical components are within spec. before you start doing stuff with jetting. then see what jets are in it right now.
  7. is the play axle still 10+ lbs lighter than stock? or is it just the drag axle that is that light, i saw that the play one is solid not gun drilled
  8. tyler are the JJA play axles still 10lbs lighter than stock? I have a +2 vitos axle on mine and I would love to get one of those JJA ones. they are sick. I dont want the drag one, I want he longer play axle
  9. yup, if you really wanna make sure you can take the stator cover off and turn the fly wheel if dont turn then yeah its toast somewhere
  10. Id pull the clutch cover first, fastest way to see if its something on the clutch side if not then most likely bigger problems
  11. its definitely predestination, perhaps final destination.
  12. lol - just run 40:1 its afe ratio and easier to mix with 5 gallons just pour the 16 oz bottle in and be done - pull carbs apart and clean thoroughly, blow out ALL passages then adjust float level, think is 24 mm? or 21 cant remember look up south texas banshee video will show you how to do it, this will stop your leakage from the carbs with the gas. also make sure choke tube between carbs is hooked up chief - find out the jet sizes, the main jet has nothing to do with your issue right now since its just at starting. Make sure they are genuine mikuni jets, ive seen jetting issues arise with knock off jets. -27.5 pilot with air screw half turn out would be a safe place to start if all you have is pipes and small stuff like that imo buying a single carb setup because you cant get the stockers to run is a waste of money sounds like user error to me
  13. he means like depending on what you get your cases might need work done to them to accept a bigger crank etc.
  14. how fast do you REALLY think you are going to go on an mx track? you said you do street riding too? well those two things are completely different, you cant build a bike suited for both. If you are being completely serious and this isnt a joke, Id say build a bike set up for MX like a nice 421 with some sick suspension and arms etc and then just change the gearing if your are going to rip on the streets which id suggest you dont do because its illegal but I get the impression you dont gaf. btw a 392 with toomeys and 34 pjs prolly make in the 70s horse power at best. I bet that if you took a 110 HP 521 on a mx track youd be slower because it would be took much to hang on to. btw top speed on a 521 is 143mph
  15. LOL that has to be fake
  16. I still vote for NOS on this setup
  17. why are you riding fast looking behind you at your pipes quite dangerous

  19. claude can i have your old noss head as a coaster for my tea mugs thanks
  20. sound like the 521 kit from BP racing i think he sells them. think its just the whole top end and carbs and filters
