  2. probably would have to trim 1-1/2" to be safe. i guess thats the way i will go longer swinger. stock length for better turning , i ride it in the woods sometimes. thanks
  3. just switched from inframes to oof pipes and the stinger is to close to the rear tire. is the stinger a tuned length or ok to trim a little length. stock frame and stock length swingarm.
  4. fyi your tank will be empty in about 40 min with either one.

  6. the white /black and black can be used for tether. they are an open circuit until tether pulled which grounds out .
  7. i have cylinders also but left side needs a sleeve,right side need bored at 64.00 now. also have pro design intake but for larger carbs and stock intakes along with a bunch of other crap. pipes are painted black fmf and an old set of psi(had a new ends welded on with orings )never used from what i read low rpm pipes. ill send a pm with my number
  8. im near albany ny i have 87 red and white plastic ,a couple stock heads,2 sets of stock carbs , a couple sets of pipes, a ultra cross rear works shock rebuilt with zero hrs, and other misc. oarts . let me know if you need anything.
  9. 4mil pipe testing graph, bought small bore shearers. should have bought snipers the shearers are built like crap . i have bb shearers that fit and look great but this set is awful,id be ashamed to send something out like that. how hard is it to set up a jig to make pipes fit correctly besides left pipe doesnt look like it has a solid weld..not sure if ill use them i have an old set of fmfs on it for now.

  13. i am putting a new billet basket and straight cut gears in my motor and having trouble with the clutch basket gear. i drove the old one out with a socket(probably my mistake) and reinstalled in the new basket. the socket removal left a small lip which i sanded out. the inner hub is tight ,very hard to push it flush by hand and it doesnt rotate in the basket when flush. is this ok or do i need a new one. thanks for any help

  15. cant decide which pipe to go with sniper /shearer motor is 4mm cub 19cc domes 35 pwk etc i have shearers on my serval and like them. all graphs ive seen show a flat spot for sniper from 8500-9000,can you feel this when riding compared to shearers? large stinger for keeping motor cooler on long rides? thanks
  16. frap 2874 top and bottom, have the same j arms and just got new ball joints 43$
  17. i have two pistons at 40 over with rings ,a good right cylinder at 64 with surface rust( would need boring to get to piston size anyway)left cylinder skirt has a crack,and a stock head. you can have them all for shipping if interested. will just sit on shelf in the garage. im in ny

  19. i have 421 serval 21cc domes 35 pwk +4 timing bb shearer run c12 pilot 48 needle dgl 4th clip main 160 is rich at 70 degrees going to go to 45 pilot/155 main
  20. monster performance in fort anne ny rebuilds axis shocks. i haven't used them but have heard good things about there rebuilds and they are very reasonable.
  21. accident last year trashed my rim, bent upper ball joint like pretzel, bent frame,handle bars etc.. the only thing no damage was laeger a arms.
