  5. Yeah they were still available till then, I was told the last one got sold in 2013. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  6. Got one in use now been there for 4 plus years now without a single problem. Mounts where a little tight to fit, that was about it. Cost a little over 100 Aussie dollars, welds are some of the best I've seen in a while. So I got a spare one from ASI for 90 bucks just in case I put a stick through the first one. Had a few close calls. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  7. Visually sync the carbs Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk

  10. Check the carbs are sitting in the intake boots correctly & the balance tube between the boots is the same, as simple as it may sound these things can happen. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  11. It would seem so. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk

  13. Yeah without checking any of these things, you would be just flying blind. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  14. No it shouldn't, I'm thinking most likely a intake leak somewhere, which will be found with a leak down test. But compression test still can't hurt will give you an idea of what condition the top end is in. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  15. 100 to 120psi any below 100 should be looking at a rebuild. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  16. 27.5 pilot & 300 mains should be pretty close, differently need to compression test it & if that checks out a leak down test. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  17. 340 mains will be way to rich for those bolt on mods regardless of temp & altitude, which you have neglected to mention. Also what pilot is in it, it may be the cause to having to feather the throttle. The fact that it isn't revving out could also be caused by a rich condition from to larger mains. Any other mods like reeds, timing plate, etc & getting an accurate compression test could save lots of time & money. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  18. Easy, swap plug lead left to right, if there is a fault in the lead, plug cap or rusty nub on the flywheel the fault will swap sides also. If it doesn't I would be looking at the intake carby, boots, gaskets, etc & make sure there nothing blocking or restricting the exhaust. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  19. Pm'd about the rear shock. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  20. Pipes? Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  21. What riding are you doing that requires a +6 swing arm? Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  22. There can be other causes to the overheating, like intake or compression leaks. Capacity of coolant does play a part in cooling, what is more important is the ability to get rid of that heat. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  23. Is the radiator the cause of overheating? Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
  24. ^^what he said & a compression test. Sent from my ZTE T84 using Tapatalk
