I thought you didn't need to float the ground if your not going with the battery set up? I thought you could still use stock AC power and just wire in that rectifier to "clean up" the current for the LED lights? Ask zillafreak I think he's done it

Been there last year. Pounded for days with a sledge. Poured penetrating fluid and used heat etc., did nothing. I had to take out the engine and use a cut wheel on a grinder and cut it off. What a royal pain in the ass. Good luck!

I am in St Albert and couldn't find or trust anyone. Sent mine down to the states. What you got to remeber is that there hourly cost is lower so in the end I don't think it was much of a difference.

Its been my experience that when your trying to finess a bike through a tight trail, hill or if your bikes getting away from you the twist throttle is unforgiving. My quadzilla has one, it has quite a bit more tq than my 4 mil, and is a real bear to ride when in the tight stuff or technical.

Twist throttles are a no go!

I researched this a bit, what i found were complaints by people who didnt actually own them and everyone who had a set had no issues at all. I havr read that the castings werent as smooth, and they're cheap compared to the other two manufactures.....but I could never find any real negatives by the people who have run or owned them. I say try them and give us a full report.

Any DS650 s out there climbing? I remember them being pretty competitive when they came out.

I was told the human eye sees yellow light better than white.

I just had the opposite conversation with some guys getting rid of LED for hids. Said that they liked the light of a HID better, better vision. They don't run 2 strokes.
