You have a stoc stroke hotrods crank and not a 4 mil? if stock try 300 main with 30 pilot if 4 mil same pilot bump up the main to 320. both settings should be Rich and safe to jet down...I think

i don't know anything about those cylinders. You should check for an air leak, so leakdown test your engine. You can check if your gas lines and tank filter is clogged. you can ohm out your electrical. also look at the jetting thread on this forum, see who's running a set up close to yours and try what jetting they're using. that should keep you busy for the weekend

What's timing set to? I doubt it though.

Cub cylinders? ported? Have you set your floats right? Have you cleaned your slides needles and jets?

If it's not the carbs try cutting back your plug wires next. Then try swapping out your cdi and ohm your stator. SouthTexasBanshee YouTube page goes through the testing.

I always thought a 7 mil was the best hp for the money option. I would be building an ice bike though. You'd be racing and still have something you could ride around.

Again, what is wrong with the cylinders you have? you could be potentially saving yourself a lot of money if they can be worked and they can produce big hp with porting.

Ok talked to Cam tonight, i can run 28s no problem just need to buy the pingle. Port work for this will cost 400 bucks. I think Danny you wanted to know that. I got a whole 4 mill set up most likely going for sale (reeds, carbs, head, domes, cylinders) pretty soon if anyone needs a whole system.
