  1. Im no expert but id suggest 27.5 pilot and get you some 310 to 330 mains.. put in the pilots and the 320s and grab 6-8 plugs do some plug chops and see what they look like... O and take the airbox lid off if you are able to..more air +fuel=HP!

Well idk if this will help you or not but i have about the same setup as you... stock bore/crank,HJR hard core dune port and port matched cases,18cc domes,VP 110 fuel,pod filters,+6 timing,stock carbs tors removed.. i have mine jetted with 30 pilots,330 mains thats the jetting HJR suggested for the porting and i did a plug chop and it was PERFECT! it runs real good! Good luck!

  5. If its any help to you .. i got a mx hard core port by HJR,stock stroke,stock carbs,18cc domes,k&n pods, +6 timing,110 fuel, i got mine jetted damn near perfect at 330 mains, 30 pilots

    Case saver

    You can get a billet alum case saver off ebay for less than $30 shipped.... i got one, bolts up works just fine
  7. X2 i got a ported stock cyl banshee.. had a 27.5 pilot in it with 340 mains... got bored today and swapped them for 30 pilots and it picked up a lil snap off idle...

  9. Ha! figured it out! One of the spade connectors to the coil just barely started rubbing through the powdercoat on the frame and was grounding out, i had to reweld the bracket due to it being broke off on the used frame and the coil plug in was close to the frame,the spade wiggled its way over to the frame. put a washer between the coil and bracket to give it some space and slide the rubber protecter back over the spade .. runs like a champ again!

Well i noticed the other week my banshee breaking up/slight bogg up in the higher gears mainly at WOT and higher rpms, it was cold outside low 40s probably i tuned the bike in 65+degree weather. I THOUGHT it might be starving for fuel a lil bit. I ordered some jets last week but they didnt get here this weekend in and i wanted to ride. Well i put some new plugs in and cleaned the carbs (they were spotless) cranked it up and let it idle for just a min and ran it threw the gears at home and it ran flawless,the weather was back to 70s today so i thought all was good again. Well got to the riding spot today and it started breaking up real bad! I didnt even have to be in 4,5,6 for it to break up. It acts like it might be sucking the bowls dry because sometimes it will take the gas for 3-4 seconds good then start breaking up and bogging but why all of a sudden??? I switched my fuel a lil over a month ago from VP110 to Sunoco110 it ran good at first with the Sunoco could the fuel be getting old???? I checked the compression it was real good 180+ both cyls...Any ideas what the problemo could be?? it acts like its getting worse..F if i know!

  14. Had mine ported by HJR and WHOA did it make a fukn diffrence! Took less than 10days from the day i shipped them.. other shops said atleast couple months..made my decision easy. It rips and it was quick turnaround time so im happy! and kevin is a nice guy and will answer all your stupid questions! lol

Go ahead and push your luck with nitro..lmao thought about mixing with my grudge bike but never did because of all the bs involved to run enough of it to get gains..small amounts added wont impress nobody and when u start mixing enough to feel/make a diffrence your probably gonna melt your motor into a wad of aluminum, the shit is no joke and is for very intelligent people with deep pockets! but by all means go get you some nitro and post your gains.... #1 forget about running it if its a dune bike..drag bike MAYBE #2 You gotta flush the fuel system..and it would probably ruin a 2 stroke bottom end bearings if rode for very long (why i said maybe in a drag bike) #3 you need to mix it by weight, very sensitive to tempature changes..you will need a hyrdometer to measure and mix it consistently #4 Pour a lil bit on the ground and whack with a hammer #5 Nitro doesnt mix with gas they seperate..needs to be mixed with alcohol or methanol..your gonna need new carbs #6 FORGET ABOUT RUNNING IT
  18. Nasty shit..better know what you are doing! You making this topic makes me think you dont..find someone who is knowledgeable about it or your gonna ruin your shit most likely... when i was in the grudge motorcycle racing there was some guys using it on all motor bikes making CRAZY power!!
