  1. Like Sheerider said... top end with VF2's never seems to stop pulling.
  2. Looks like VF2's from here. I still have a set in mine.
  3. I'm running 20" tires with stock swingarm and no heel guards. I don't recall ever touching the tires when riding trails. I've bumped the right rear a couple times sliding around my flat track. But you'll be 3" closer to your tires...
  4. Possibly frame flex? Have ya looked while somebody else is rocking it? Sounds horrendous!
  5. Hell yes! 22x28x20 is probably not common in farming... but who knows. Very much obliged Mr Hopped!
  6. I want a couple bearings just in case. They stock hundreds of different sizes of Timken.
  7. Anybody know offhand what the swinger pivot bearing dimensions are. A buddy works at a farm supply and says he can get em cheap or free if I tell him what size.
  8. Might be shock bushings making the noise.
  9. Depends on if you have enough faith in "general purpose" to keep the bearings lubricated. Not worth chancing it to me. I use either Lucas Red n Tacky or Amsoil.
  10. You need to get the ass end off the ground...with a block or jack in the center. Then wiggle/twist the swingarm.
  11. Don't ride it with the pads rubbing. You'll warp the rotors. The reservoir was probably topped off recently... crack the bleeder and let some fluid out.
  12. I'm assuming they're K&N pods? As long as they're clean, oiled, and intact you should be good. I've had one fall off on the track a couple times and run over it. They're pretty resilient. Better clamps solved my problem. Ideally though bent ain't best.
  13. I love 'em... my thumb slips a lot sliding around over ruts. Definitely not an ideal time to lose wheel spin.
  14. The OP is probably a fluent English talker by now... Error :-/
  15. Big goofy cartoon head valve caps?
  16. I accidentally might've splashed through some ditches that weren't froze solid yet... but the pods froze quick enough. Like riding with the choke stuck. I have a Pro-Flow too but what a bitch to get on the carbs!!!
  17. I got my pods a bit damp in the snow and they literally froze over. It was too cold to be out riding anyway.
  18. Bingo! Gotta have the correct master link. I keep an extra one zip tied to the frame just in case...
  19. ROFLLLLLL!!!! RiVet! I saw the "white frog" post and thought What the amphibious fuck??? Then the ribbets hit me!!!
  20. Get a piece of thin gauge aluminum diamond plate from a buddy's scrap pile, make an angle to fit between the fenders, rivet or bolt it on... Just a thought.
  21. I agree with Larry 100%!!! Go hammer the piss out of it then trade! I can't imagine why the dude that has it wants to swap for a 450 though...
