welcome to BHQ, if want good advice be a little bit more specific, sounds like your motor is apart at the moment? what concerns to do have about the bottom end, got any pics of the porting...you cant tell much by pics but its still interesting to see it and seen how clean it is ... you could measure your timing and durations and post those up and someone can tell you what its ported for, its prolly just trail or mx port though...or a home job
