Yup there's the reliefs but one of the little knobs is worn down and comes out of that relief ,what would you do does it matter if the outer race spins?

Hi guys, I'm rebuilding a stock motor but can't work out the knobs on the bearings ,one side seems to spin but catches on the cases, can the knobs on the bearings be machined down?

54mm stroke and 64 mm bore is stock ,ffs

Fast sell all the motor internals too, google "banshee bottom end assembly " and have a look at bigreds. Build step by step with photos of bottom end build ,check a clymers for bolt and nut torque specs ,helped me out a lot anyway , ohh and get your tranny modded worth the $$$
