Ok so today I fitted the brake pedal ,hide-a-key , Cdi relo bracket sorry john I made a little adjustment with the bracket couldn't get it to fit right so I cut 2 brackets off ,still strong tho,also tried on some black eom plastics , I need fullbore hood tho,lol

yeah there are a couple of things im goina change rear sprocket .seat maybe. rear tyres. and will be gettin fullbore hood. have to organise motor now with kevin herr.the picks above where pretty much jus mock ups today im puttin hide a key on have to take couple mm of back of tank and braket so it fits.and brake pedal i have to strip the rod it goes on .already have kickstarter .gearslammer from ris .ohh need to fit cdi relo bracket too.

What bout small bearing?

Hi guys I'm putting this banshee back together in couple days ,never put one together before need some help ,don't know the order everything goes on bottom of the stem ? I have 2 new bearings and seals ,retainer hex bolt and a brass bushing, and obviously stem washer and nut .if anyone knows the order everything goes and could help I would much appreciate,thanks,paul

As tilttle say I'm makin some radiator hoses and need to know the inside diameter .? Also is it the same on all 3 hoses.thanks in advance,paul

Thanks starwriter just looked at your list of things not needed on frame gettin mine powdered tomora and realised I hadn't cut the fender brackets of below the motor mounts ,lol

Call Tim at four wheel addiction site sponsor hook you up with a nice subframe , but f your gonna cut off and weld on yourself don't make the mistake I made by cutting off the top master cylinder tab,lol get rid of the tors tab ,get a Cdi relocation bracket from john of jds customs,site sponsor their some of the easier things that will make a differance
