    parts

Thumb throttle cable with caps for stock carbs. plastic bolts reeds Let me know what you have. Need to complete this bike to sell it and get a truck. Thanks
  3. that that looks good. give us more details. howd you do it? whatd you use?
  4. middle clutch spring is a heavy duty spring, last one is OEM. I'd use the fast clutch and springs.
  5. I have a few lexan inserts laying around, if I cut one to the shape of the water impellar cover, would it work? Or would it bust from the pressure? My reeds are about 4 years old and still look good but I read and saw people saying that worn reeds can cause performance issues. Anyone ever had a set of vf2 reeds last so long with no issues? Last question: I bought a "custom cut, and milled" 4 mil stock head for 15$, guy didn't have any specs on it though. How can I determine dome size? Thanks for any help.
  6. It'll say Athena on the sides of the cylinders and on the head.
  7. I need a single head stud with a nut for the head I also need a brand new head gasket if anyone has one, please pm me.
  8. The head gasket makes since. But I don't see Why it went bad? It's a month old, and there is no coolant in the cylinders
  9. My 4 mil is blowing coolant out the overflow for no reason. It will do it at cold temps, and sounds like its boiling, but itll only be 180°f so i know it's not overheating. But it does seem to get hot real fast. It's jetted right, which has me real confused. Not sure what else would cause this?
  10. Get a 4mil crank because it's a good start for a real motor. Once you have the crank, later you can get serval cylinders and make even more hp. Ifyour keeping your stock Cylinders with the 4 mil, I'd get it dune ported. It's still a great port job for the woods. A cool head with custom cut domes will really help you set your motor up for your desired fuel and compression, along with better performance. 28pwks are great carbs for what your looking to do. They're easy to tune and are going to let you keep your stock intakes.
  11. Where can I get them? Thanks for the help!
  12. Got a cheap set of 28pwks. Need a new needle, original owner ground one down. I'll take anything that will work. These have no numbers on them either? Let me know what you have.
  13. I have a stock head off a 2000 banshee there is absolutely no pitting, it is very very clean. was going to have my dad do some dome work to it and the trinity head mod but he never got around to it, I can text pics if interested. I think $45 shipped is fair on this head. please pm me. thanks
  14. what kind of tools are you using to do the porting? is it only the intakes or do you port the exhaust and transfers as well? I believe I have a set of stock cylinders to try out your port work, but sadly I know of no near dynos here in PA. when porting, are you doing it according to any specific other bolt on mods? I had cylinders come on my bike that were terribly home ported. guy tried to open up intakes so much he drilled into the coolant reservoir.
  15. I have a cover with new lense. pm me if intrested
