  1. Hey guys, Finishing up my 4mil build, and want to get an idea of what to expect, and have a few questions. My setup is listed below: 4mil longrod stock cylinder (65.50mm) MX/Woods port by Diggin Racing 35mm PWKs w/pods CoolHead with 21cc domes (Sea level) VForce 4's Adjustable timing plate (Not set) Toomey T5's RIding at sea level usually Woods/Fast trail riding Staying on 93octane!! My question is, am I missing out on performance due to the bottom/mid port and a topend pipe? The domes can be swapped out once i do a compression test when it's all together, but what would you recommend for timing advance? Thanks!
  2. Bump Still have: Head 65.00 Pistons Stock crank 4 stock carbs Clutch setup MAKE OFFERS!
  3. Still got em! Flywheel is being pulled by the shop, so once I get it back I'll send pics. Sent from the inner depths of your mom's vagina.
  4. Air box/filter sold! Carbs/head pending. Sent from the inner depths of your mom's vagina.
  5. I've got one in great shape I'm pulling out of my bike this weekend hopefully. I believe the PO told me it's welded and trued. Only swapping for a 4mil crank, and it ran strong as of last week. If it's welded/trued: $120 shipped If it's not: $75 shipped
  6. I'm currently building a 4mil stock cyl, and this is roughly where I'm at, with my cylinders pre-ported. 4mm HotRods crank from HJR: $ 375 Wiseco 795 Pistons: $ 210 Full gasket/seal kit: $ 60 Vforce4 Reeds: $ 220 35PWKs: $ 380 (with intake mani) Chariot Head: $ 170 Domes: $ 60 That puts me roughly around $1475 with shipping prices. I also decided I should upgrade my carbs and reeds, so that's a factor. I probably overpaid on some of the stuff, but I'm not a penny pincher. I already have a modded shift star, shift shaft, pancake bearing, and Barnett clutch kit, so that's something you want to factor in as well. Take it for what you want, but that's my build.
  7. Morning bump Sent from the inner depths of your mom's vagina.
  8. Absolutely, as your clutch isn't actually disengaging.
  9. Then it's most likely your adjustment screw at the pressure plate- it'll cause the clutch holder arm to not line up (or come close) to the arrow on the cases. Yeah I'm from Coram, and the quad is at my gf's in Farmingville. I use Diggin Racing as my local shop...wayy better pricing and knowledge.
  10. Your clutch adjustment is probably off- you can do small adjustments on the perch by unscrewing the barrel adjuster to see if it helps. Larger adjustments would be made on the pressure plate, under the clutch cover. How old is your cable?
  11. BUMP Pics added here: http://imgur.com/a/8UFft#0 Will get pics of the crank this weekend. Make offers!
  12. BUMP Haven't gotten to pictures yet, as I was called into work. I'm going to have pictures of everything but the crank/pistons by tomorrow.
  13. Yessir, probably pulling them off the crank today for pictures. I'll PM you when I get them off
  14. Hey guys, In the middle of my 4mil build, so I'm trying to offset the cost by getting rid of parts I no longer need/want. PICTURES (with exception of crank) WILL BE ADDED BY TOMORROW NIGHT, fyi. All the stuff listed came off my 99 running bike- only making room for the new gofast stuff 2 sets of stock Mikuni carbs: No TORS. One set has the idle kit installed. The other the PO had tried to make his own idle screws but gave up. Both sets run perfect. Will include the thumb throttle cable, a few jets/gaskets/needles, and airbox boots if needed. Stock head: Head in great condition, no major pitting. Plug threads are perfect, and will include the head gasket. Stock clutch: Basket, hub, PP, metal plates, and hardware. I won't include the fibers as I believe they're worn to crap. Stock airbox: Airbox with Proflow plate and used K&N filter. I'll clean the filter right before I ship. Stock crank: Nothing wrong with it- just replacing with 4mil crank. I may need verification if this is direct OEM or aftermaket once I get it out of the cases. Will include seals (no leaks AFAIK) and bearings. Pistons: 65.00 Pistons. I wanna say they're Wiseco, but I need to get them out on my bench to verify. Will include rings, wristpins, circlips, etc. Electrical: Headlights with grille removed; headlight/kill assembly Not quite sure what any of this stock stuff is worth, so shoot me offers/trades. Below I'll list what I'm interested in: 35mm PWKs- intakes, pods, throttle cable setup Black coolhead (NOSS, FAST, Modquad) MAKE OFFERS Shipping from 11727 (NY)
  15. You can try signing up on RaptorHQ.com- you'll probably have better luck there.

  20. I'd rather go with a HotRods 4mil crank for almost $100 less! Sent from the inner depths of your mom's vagina.
  21. Pm returned Sent from the inner depths of your mom's vagina.
  22. Yeah I just saw em on eBay, but I'm looking to do this probably next weekend or so and that auction ends in 3 days...Of course, that's my luck.
  23. As the title says, I'm going to a 4mil setup. Looking for a set of stock cylinders (maybe matching pistons?) that are ported for a 4mil longrod. Preferably NOT a drag port, as this is a woods/play/dune build. If I'm headed in the wrong direction, let me know! Otherwise, let me know what you have! Will definitely consider a trade for my stock MX ported cylinders/pistons. Not sure what bore they're at, as they're currently on my running bike. Thanks!
