Got my hands on a serval and prefer to ride a milder motor in the dunes.
It's a 421 Cub that has a clean up port on it. Cylinders were redone by Millenium last season and it only has 10-15 hours on it. Still on the bike so pics won't be ready until tomorrow night.
I will include the pistons, race gas domes, water plugs and extenders. Only downside is that it has a helicoil in the front left head stud. Installed by Millenium and did not cause any problems at all.
If you want the domes, they have to be assembled with NO base gasket.
This motor ran 89 and 92 hp on shearers dyno.
Will let it go for 850.00 shipped state side.

I did this with my slingshots. Wasn't necessRy but I had the tools. What was necessary was flattening the tits down in order for the slignshot to fit under use.
-
3 inches is the largest u should go. Anything bigger and you start getting near the tits on the inside that hold the insert bolts
-
I'm assuming he is talking about removing the insert and cutting a 3 inch round hole behind the insert. Cover the hole with the insert. I have 2 like this and it doesn't help out with anything other than package adjustment.

It is a stock stroke topend. Now is it a serval or cub? Time to take the advice of everyone and measure your port layouts. Compare them to the the one that have been posted here.

My lil 358 cub laid down pretty good numbers on pump gas and as cast.

On the other hand, I have a nice 421 cub with domes and extenders. Will even include pistons. Hit me up if you wanna stop wrecking your brain.
-
Do you have the domes for it? If so, measure them and let us know

Milky brown? Sounds legit

Those will have to be welded, decked and replated. All three items carry a price tag and will be pretty costly.

The police are still looking for that quad. Looks like you have some explaining to do.

Here is mine. Fuel pressure guage on one end, Schrader on the other. This bottom fitting can be unscrewed and a smaller or larger fitting can be installed. I use this on single cylinders, banshees and whatever else I can find. Works great and is easy to make. Throw it in a tool bag and carry it with you.

Pm me a cell. I have an 87 for sale. The carriers are different than the new ones

Delrin isnt cheap if you buy a large chunk of it with the intent to make numerous parts.
A 1inch thick 12x12 sheet is approx $140.00 and you can get about 6 modquad style case savers from it. Modquad style is 7.5 inches tall and 3.5-4 inches wide. If you're creative, you can offset the pattern and get 2 savers for every 1/3 of the sheet.
Cotton branch uses about a 8 inch tall 7 inch wide piece. Add up the cost of a sheet and labor and you're pretty much seeing why he charges over 100.00 for it.
Prices are retail. And I'm on pain meds. Good day

I remember someone with that setup ( except a coolhead with domes for race gas and 35's) said on the dyno they got 78hp
Would love to the this dyno sheet.

New rod, new ball and then the pancake.
-
Replace it all.

10mil n/a is good. I was referring to a 10mil turbo.
-
I wish I needed a spare carrier. This is cheaper than a blemished jj@a and is brand new. Hell of a deal. Glws
-
I have heard the same conversation about the 10mil turbo but in the same breath was told that the 4mil crank yielded more reliable results and longevity.
