    Probably 6-800 range finished with bearings and pc. Shits not cheap.

    Its a two stroke. They almost all have some sort of lag. Should not be too excessive tho. Invest in a compression gauge and see what kind of #'s of have. Chances are if ya got it for next to nothing, it needs a rebuild.
