  1. If you have a "froze push rod", its probably worth pulling it all apart to inspect top end as well.
  2. Yup^. Gonna suck. You might be able to coat the drain bolt with rtv before threading it in. It might seal? If not, split cases, weld, re tap, and live and learn.
  3. Nice bikes man! The cr500 is my all time favorite bike. Power is just so smooth from start to finish. Id love to take a rip on one that runs good. Post some pics of the bangshee when ya get it.
  4. this. White will not look right at all. Me personally would paint hood same color as frame then decals(paint work) of some sort in black/silver. Keep it stupid simple.
  5. Plug looks very safe imo. And i cut my plugs the same way.
  6. i dont wanna bust your chops, but are you confused?
  7. Sick fucking bike. Love to buy it just to look at. Glws!
  8. You can get cascade sleeves for the stinger tubes. The filters can lay tight up against them and will not melt. They sell them in two different lengths. I believe 8" and 16". Id call around to various builder that have dynos in house. No reason that motor should not make between 100-130hp depending on carbs, pipes, fuel. 71hp is not even ball park numbers of what that thing should make.
  9. And yes, do yourself a favor and have that motor gone over by someone that knows a thing or two. 71hp is absolutely embarrassing. Those are a beast of a motor when built right.
  10. Upp intakes dont throw the carbs back/up as far as other intakes. Billet intakes are the worst for tight spots.
  11. Depend on condition.. Me personally, would spend quite a bit more for the unstamped. Especially if cascade did the chrome. My old set of unstamped cpi had cascade's show chrome and those were hands down the mostest purdest pipes i ever had.
  12. Ill double check tomorrow, but im almost positive i have it all.
  13. Sudco sells any needle you would need.
  14. interested in 10 paddle tires. What are they?
  15. Im my personal experience, a 4" swing arm on a banshee is perfect for every kind of riding. I ride in pa. , and my old 4" arm was hands down the tits for all around riding. Trail rode very well, hill climbed ok, still jumped well(small shit), and handled well. Cant go wrong imo. Anything longer, trail riding becomes way less fun. Best part about a 4" arm is if your not too heavy, a stock shock will be fine, and the oem brake line still fits.(its tight tho)
  16. My next builder^^
  17. Loosen the 4pinch bolts and rotate carrier. Should be holes in carrier by sprocket hub to stick a screw driver or whatever in there to rotate it.
  18. Im pass on the tires, thanks tho.
  19. im interested. how much shipped to pa.
  20. Sweet tires. Id love to have these. Glws!
  21. I run 21" front ambush and they dont look weird or small even when i run the 22" rear ambush?
  22. same. Stock gearing was always my favorite all around gear from stock motor to 10cub.
