  1. if you call and bitch, they are likely to send a replacement peddle free of charge if it indeed is defected.. They are pretty good about that. Just will be more down time being you'll have to ship them yours for inspection first.
  2. They should be tight to cage
  3. Motha fuckin fast
  4. Look at reeds. Check for any gaps between peddles and cage. Frayed edges...
  5. Even if your gauge is correct, the quad still should run on 100psi. Might be hard to start do to lack of compression, but once it runs, it should stay running. But that is too low of compression if gauge is accurate.
  6. What make gauge did you get? A lot of the times cheap compression testers are notorious for giving false readings even when there band new. Ive seen them be as much as 40psi off. Also, was the "tip" of the tester as long as a actual spark plug? If not, that will also give an inaccurate reading.
  7. K&n for sand. Foam filters for ANYTHING else.
  8. You cold seized it. I did the same thing a handful of yrs back. Motor was also done by jeff. Piston/wall clearance was on the tight side and i didnt put enough heat into it before treating it dirty.
  9. meh, the initial struggle is the fun part.
  10. When you need the money?
  11. Needle and seat seized/stuck. Float height
  12. Stock silencers bolt to #5. Make sure you clean that part up. Imo, too many peps(including myself once) overlook that and its just a plain eye sore.
  13. I cant tell ya that, only ran oem ones before i cut them off. But i would suspect they would use oem mounts...
  14. If your not running heel guards, zip those mounts off too.
  15. Rear silencers bolt to lower sub frame rail.. Right behind the rear fender mount.
  16. Pretty sure #1 is for your air box
  17. Clean up the sub frame where the stock silencers bolt to. The stock cdi and voltage reg were located by seat latch. Cut all that off. The voltage reg can be relocated up front with your cdi. There is a thread made somewhere on here with tons of pics of frames all cleaned up.
  18. Nice clean bike. Hard to find them like this.
  19. Not a fan of snap backs. But ill take one grey and one black.
  20. And further more, my original comment wasent even directed to you or your sales. It was directed toward deuce and his comment. I know you sell tons of parts with good feedback. So,,,,carry on and bump for nice parts.
