  7. Keep the 250 if you have two banshees. Cool thing to have could be worth some money some day.
  8. Im running the same but Mobil. No problems. 10w 40 for wet clutch transmission.
  9. It can happen it maybe just easier to find a decent running bike that needs some little shit instead of a full blown project that a mechanic will have to do.
  10. I wouldnt go as far as crank failure it just puts extra strain and pressure on the crank which can cause it to start to separate. 21cc's your looking at around 156 PSI at sea level compared to the stock 136 psi. So essentially you would be putting an extra 20 psi on the crank which is not that big of a deal in my eyes. Porting however is going to add about 10 horsepower to the motor to an about 50 hp motor bringing you into the 60's. Thats a great deal of power which is why you may want to get it welded. In the end its up to your opinion of what you think your crank can handle given its hours, wear, and durability.
  11. You can most likely get away without welding. If your going to get ported just throw the crank in the box to get welded a low 65$ can save you 400$ down the road.
  12. You will get more air flow by running pods (filters straight off carbs) also it makes taking carbs out alot easier for tuning. HOWEVER if there is ANY water in your riding spots stick with an air box because they will suck in water you ride through and destroy your motor. So all in all they provide much better airflow and access. Yes you will need to jet if you decide to go this route you will need to richen up a bit. Hope i helped you out a bit. This will not make you see a huge power diffrence compared to pipes/timing but it is a good way to make it run a bit better and neaten things up.
  13. Change it while you have it all apart. It can crack intakes eventually if you dont change it now just keep an eye on it.
  14. You made sure your pilots and mains are clean? Test your coil would be the next step might be a weak spark.
  15. I guess he did what a douche bag. Gonna be funny when Ken fucked it up and wrecks the whole motor.
  16. If you look close enough at the Quote it said crank cases assembly and i think it said 606$.
  17. Just run the 513's and youll be fine.
  18. Buy an OEM Coil. Or Nology i think it is
  19. So the piston was in peices? Looks like your gonna have to split cases clean that bitch out put it back together bore&Hone cylinders and do a new topend.
  20. Every post ive seen in here regarding WildCard has had nothing bad said or any complaints with them. Brandon does nice work he will have my motor there when i go for some more power no doubt.
