    Looks good A-Arms are tough to keep looking good.

    If you had someone go through it i would check pickup gap on flywheel and maybe the coil i remember someone having the same problem and had a bad coil. If all those are good i would say its the stator.

    Its an OEM stator right?

    Im pretty sure you can use the key however the plate is better. Pull out that key put in stock set gap and see what it does.

    Remember the flywheel and did you set the gap? Test coil also. Where it was a teardown sounds like a ground to me.

    They were replaced with 20-11-9 Holeshot HD's from RockyMountian.

    Its a Gamble. OR He has no clue what there worth. Look for cracks seperation play ANYTHING you can find wrong if you do find something wrong walk away.

    Noss Heads use orings i believe. No you cannot use 38 lectrons on stock motor. Sell them and buy some stockers or 28 pwk's
