  1. I asked fireball a similar? About the 450 shock lower arm with j arm upper. They said no way. Has to be related to ball joint angle and binding. Or nobody has done it yet. Call alba see what they say.
  2. Have one on my sand rail. It seems to get tighter by itself. Be sure and vent the tank when using that style cap.
  3. I run 22" klaws now in hard pack, rocky terrain in summer to clay and mud in winter. So far they are great for traction and wear great. Really pleased with them
  4. I was serious about him selling it to me when i stated that yesterday. Talk about vultures.
  5. Just sell it to me and avoid the headache.
  6. Dont kid yourself. If hes smart there is little to no inventory on the ground. As you order stuff it ships direct from tucker rocky or parts unlimited.
  7. Look on the site again. In the more details for each size it list all cylinder dimension and rec piston and gaskets. If you pay attention to the cylinder height it clearly shows different cylinder sizes. i dont think its one casting decked to fit all.
  8. I thought cp site also listed the piston that was meant to be used depending on rod and cylinder casting. Ben awhile since i've been on there though. the drawing used to list port height measurements that you could use in software to calc timings, durations and deck height. You would have to get piston specs straight from wiseco tech though. Not many people share piston specs
  9. You get asking price? Just curious how low the market is
  10. Any tips on how to get the stock front end to stick? Stiffer shocks? Adjustable camber style arms?
  11. You can start off in any gear you can pull on an override.
  12. Mods would vary depending on terrain
  13. Like it says plastic seat tray, and latch. No foam,no cover, no rubber bumpers.just going to put a shipping label on it. No box. $25 plus actual shipping cost. Located on the west coast 94513. Sale is until saturday only. No pics. If you dont know what a seat pan looks like tear your seat apart. This would be offered to a fb user who was looking for one but for some reason i cant seem to join
  14. Switching from sand to dirt this year has showed me i need different bikes and skills for the different styles of riding. The closest ride spot is a mx track so i figure i better focus on this style of riding. Currently have a full bolt on motor with all stock suspension. I know aftermarket suspension will be recomended and its something im working on. Currently i cant get through the corners like i think i should. Can you steer through the corners or is it all drifting? Currently trying to almost square them off by steering but the bike just pushes so bad. Also how do you guys enter the corners? I might be braking to early or late.
  15. Chain pop or slap is pretty loud and will come and go with traction? Ive come to accept it.
  16. Did he say if he did online sales or who he outlets for?
  17. http://sacramento.craigslist.org/spo/4759203877.html Check this guy out. Seems to be an outlet for someone. Not sure if he ships but prices are good
  18. Someone verify that 150 repair cost at crankworks
  19. Maybe fireball racing might be interested in this project. They build suspension parts and drag chassis already. Might be worth a try
  20. Doesnt tabata run a cnc lathe?
  21. Horrible stuff. Use a motorcycle trans oil. Atf does not protect gears scuffing and you will see accelerated wear on primaries and trans gears. i use belray with no trans failures to date. Overrides shift good and dont burn up. Ran atf 1 season. Never again. The gears had way to much wear for my liking. http://www.belray.com/bel-ray-engine-oil-bel-ray-gear-oil-differences-explained
  22. Location?
  23. Nah, this bike is meant to be a tinker bike. It gets boring when the other bikes are all dialed in and youve got nothing to work on.
  24. Yep. Finally got time to start on this turbo setup. Just sorting out all the pieces. Should have the motor assembled saturday and maybe start fitting shit together sunday. Probably gonna do a nose tank and put the nitrous and electrical up top. Its really been a back burner project for to long
