some good info here. was having a hard time figuring out this superior sleeve jug,look at the exaust flanges how they meet the motor mount.it was said it was set up for a stock stroke crank so i did the measurement as posted and it was 56mm with 77mm pistons

damn this was one funny thread. the thing that gets me the most is everyone is supposed to help eachother out with mechanical problems.insted all the answers to the problems is send it to a site sponcer.that does not solve any problems in my book. this so far is the worst forum ive ever seen for solving problems and helping eachother out

ebay guy split the cases and sold the crank/transmission/case then put the top end on a different auction.i didnt know you couldnt interchange cases at the time i bidded on the top end.but im getting the parts a piece at a time and am hoping to have it finished very soon after i get the bottom case half ill just need a new hotrods crank and big bore pipes then the little things like carb boots

good news.ive located the bottom case half and the guy is willing to sell it to me.so looks like ill be getting this superior sleeve bbk running after all

just out of curiosity i pulled the flywheel off to check the stator for rust,i found some and i slowly turned the kick starter by hand and the crank on the flywheel side moved out so i tryed pushing it in and out and it moves.im guessing the crank is not supposed to move that easyly in and out.its shee fuked?

i accidently ordered 30 pilots.should i re order 27.5 ?

changed the mains to 270's bike never ran so good.no more back fireing or bogging starts easy.the pilots are on order 7-10 days wait

id be interested but you would have to get it rebuilt,theres just no way id want it shiped to me then me have to ship it out back to the states then back to me lol thats a waste of time and money.pm me on a deal
