I just had this problem after getting my 4 mil back in the bike. I switched coils but dont think it was the coil. I made sure the coil had good contact with the frame as well as the ground near the back of the bike. Sanded the frame in all those places so it would have a good clean contacta and that did it. good luck

Hell I am sure i would sound alot cooler if i said i have never luged my shee around but fact is I am sure I have covered every manner and style of riding over the last decade, and like 03LB said if it is jetted right you shouldnt have any problems no matter how you ride it. I was being on the safe side when i said i could count them on one hand. Like 03LB i can only remember one time when i had a plug problem.

If you have to ride right away and you can weld this will absolutly work but you have to get that shit straight. Seen it done a few x's with no problems. If you have the access and abilitly to do the machine work you mentiond I wouldn't be affraid of that at all, but that would be for someone with some time on there hands and wanted to say I can do that. Cause I think time and effort would outway the cost of a replacement since someone above said they would just give you one anyway, but I have been know to do stuff like that. Made an aluminum dipstick just like Cascade. Now my time and material I could probably say was worth well over a hundered and I could just buy one for $20 but I DID IT. good luck

Hell it isnt to hard to make it a little easier on the trade. Just give a phone number so whoever is interested can call you and talk to you in person. I have no problem doing something like that. Sure get some pics posted that might help you out quite a bit, and like i said i have some Pro Circuit platinums that came with the wifes bike.(T5's are on mine and i will probably never get rid of them unless i find some that i like better).

If she is that close to the dunes then what in the hell is there left to talk about. It wont take that long to get used to a banshee if you have any concept of a clutch and shifting whatsoever, and for fouled plugs come on. I have had my shee for over 10 years and can probably count the fouled plugs on one hand. If you have the cash and can shift gears I think you should go with a new stock shee. Pretty tame and you wont be left wanting in a month (except pipes, carbs, port, reeds, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. My first quad was a warrior and one trip to the dunes and i was done with it.
