Sorry I dont want to take off my airbox cover , i know it can give some HP but in my country lol in winter YOU MUST HAVE IT! cause of the snow , also I know how to plug chop , but i prefer trying different jet setting , Im on 3rd clip right know but I have to try next clip when i will finaly found the right main , cause I have to be sure whom doesnt help with the power band , as soon as I get the right main jet , the needle will be the next to be jet . last year i had a blaster , it was so easy to jet this machine , with a tors eliminator kit a kid play . I boiught a banshee since 3 weeks, and my big willing was to get a 2 in 1 dynoport pipe , the rest i didnt care; the look or something else it didnt mather . I finaly won one on ebay , 113 $ what a dealio!!!! it fit with the stock silencer!!! its maybe the worst pipe ever to jet , I was one a 230 main , 27.5 needlle and 3rd clip , its was way too rich!!! i had to try a 240 to be sure... after i tried a 220 = too rich... then a 200 = too lean lol ... i went to the store and bought a 210 it, too lean!!!!!!!! can you imagine!!! < 210 = too lean 220 = too rich i passed the whole day to jet this friking machine but now i can tell you bodys that this pipe is complicated. so if your having trouble try my setup 27.5 needle 3rd or 4th clip 212 , 214 , 215 , 217 .... i dont know what company will sell those main jet but im sure it gonna work, and one thing i forgot to tell is that when i tried the 220 i ran out of gaz and b4 running out THE POWER WAS JUST TOO AMAZING!!! then i put it back on reserve and the quad was boggin again And thats the way it is!

Anybody know what would be appx. the jetting setup for a Dynoport 2 in 1 banshee pipe, on a shee the jetting spec for stock is main 200 , 25 Pilot and 3rd clip I use 230 for winter (main) 27.5 pilot 3rd clip , i maybe should put 4th to be richer cause this is A Low Mid pipe .. and what about the main? anybody got this pipe and remember the jetting setup?

Hey guys I just founded the problem , it was my carb , when i washed it a small piece of towel stayed in the carb and blocked my Main jet , thats why... lol i should have push more compressed air in in b4 puting everything together and use a Rag that cannot leave small particle ...

hi everybody , I recenltly bought a 98 banshee and he just started to make some free game.... ill explain ; my spark plug are bran new , i have good compression , my carb as just been recently clean ( 27.5 pilot , 230 main , 3rd position needle) its minus 5 degree oustide and sometime the right piston stop working , at mid trootle he restart , when puish the trootle at max he stop again and the other one continue working , why would only one piston stop working like that , and i was riding with my friend , i made a 20 min run after 10 min he started to goes like a shit so i stop at my mom's house to check up the spark plug , everything looked great , so i decide to go back to my trailer and stop my ride but the piston worked back !!! so i was like Damn WTF is wrong , does any body know what would it be? I tough it would be the spark wire... dunno maybe a defect spark plug please help i wanna make some ATV tomorrow Christian
