i made the same mistake buying one of those "stroker cranks" when i when to a 421 and the rod failed 3 tanks into a fresh motor, my HR crank has been going for years now.
i bought some springs from jeff at fast a few years ago for my 35's, i thing they might have been call "EZ springs"? those alone with a extended throttle made a night and day difference.

if your motor is still running strong then save some money up to do the whole 4 mil package at once so you only tear the motor down once.
cost me about $250 for the parts on ebay for a raptor 700/yfz450 front brake combo, but you could prob do it cheaper since you have the braided lines. something to consider....
