Mod a set of yfz450 pegs. Its what I did. They are cheep on e-bay.

Has anyone ever replaced just the o-ring, and whats the part number if so???????????? Or where can I find 1????

My stock carbs have needles with 6 clip positions. Does any buddy know what kind they are? The stock needle has 5 clip positions right? 5n7

white dot in the window to stop the slide from going to high. what i am asking is will the slide on a pwk go up past the carb throat?

The oem carbs have a window to set the full throttle setting, with the white dot. How is this accomplished on a pwk carb??????????

Sunoco ultra 94 Kicking over 120 psi on both cylinders(stock head) Plugs have like 10 hours

27.5 280 needle in middle I am running vf3's and +4 timing. Motor is stock bored 64.50 and a set of DMC 916's. Power seams good 1-3 then in 4th it hits a like standstill then all of the sudden picks up. Doesn't feel like a bog, more like a hold in the rpm then jumps up. Just add 3 hd spring to the clutch so i dont think its slipping.

just did my shift star mod and added 3 hd springs. Factory stator on a chariot timing plate.

Ok so I am running a set of DMC 916's, my jetting is 27.5 pilot 280 mains and needle clip in the center. I have a k&n filter and a set of vf3's, and +4 timing.Motor is bored to 64.50. Also i am at sea level. The bike runs great but seams to stop pulling hard in 4,5,6. Am I lean on the main? 30 pilot 280 main needle centered is the recommended jetting from DMC. They also say to use a 320 plus main with the powerpack that they sell, it uses a k&n filter. https://www.dmc-on-line.com/PDF/Banshee-916.pdf My plugs look like they are on the rich side after riding for a while. did you switch the carb bowls????

You put the bowls on the wrong carb. The one with the little gold beed on the front side goes on the left carb.
