Anyone here repack their 916 silencer with anything other then the kit they have online? Its the 2597-20 kit. Guess I need 2 kits since its 2 silencers in 1. DMC doesn't really say.

Got her all setup finally. Now for tuning. Running 158/48 CEL mid clip position. Start up with choke at high idle then slows before chokes are shut off. Idles fine with chokes off. Smells a little rich at idle. Checked plugs. They where wet somewhat. Seams to rev nice with slight bog. Air screws are 2 turns out. They seam to have no effect on idle. Thinking of trying a 45 pilot. Bike feels like i gained bottom end power. No WOT run yet for main. Need more room. Lol. What you guys think. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk

I want to do it the cheapes way possible. Looking at upp intakes to adapt to the stock air box. I ride in wet areas some times. im looking for some info on how well they will fit. Thanks guys

Im running a fast dune play stock stroke +4 timing and 310 main. 20 cc domes at sea level if that helps

comp is 160(20cc) on 93 pump and factory airbox

I scored a set of 33pwk's and need an idea where to start with jetting. Stock stroke F.A.S.T dune/play port. Carbs have 152 main and 50 pilots with cel needle middle clip

Short? How? Where the jamnut goes? Are you using the oem clutch cover. If so the chariot comes with two rods. The one will to be to long and hit the case. I had to cut my pusher down so the short rod would have thread engagement. I think this is what you are trying to explain.
